This is a truly amazing and unique hotel with unrivaled views and access to aguazu falls trails. We have visited both sides of the falls and while the Brazilian side offers a unique glimpse of the devils throat falls I would not contemplate staying on that side. Truly amazing views, staff, and location, and we could not have been more pleased. We will be back.

Best location of any hotel at Iguazú Falls. The trails to the upper, lower and train to Devils Through is a short walk right out the back of thee hotel. Staff is very accommodating, rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Of course the location is priceless; but the whole feeling of the place is one of pampering.

The location is great the hotel in itself is even better. Couldn’t wait to come back from the Falls to just relax in the hotel.

The view says it all !!!! Unbelievable . And the service and attention to detail was beyond. Also my flight was not until 8 PM and they let us keep our room for half a day complementary. 👍👍👍👍

This is an amazing hotel. The view of the waterfalls is unique. They can be seen from the reception, dining area, bar, the gym, and the pool - as well as some of the rooms. The service in the restaurant was first class. The waiters / waitresses all anticipated every need. The dinner buffet was exceptional. A huge selection of salads, meat, fish, cold meats and cheeses, breads, vegetables, desserts, etc. The breakfast buffet was also very nice with plentiful choices include made to order omelettes. There were a couple of very small things which prevent a 5 star review - the reception refused to post our (already had stamps) postcards. At reception staff was hit and miss. Some were really helpful and friendly, others were decidedly rude and unfriendly.

The location and the service were amazing. The food on the breakfast and dinner buffets were also of excellent quality. Highly recommended.

Property location is unrivaled, and provides a stunning view of the area around it. Language barrier was more noticeable than I expected for an individual who usually knows enough Spanish to have a conversation with a local. The only concern was the limited availability of food since the hotel is so removed and only has one restaurant. Don't ever let that keep you from booking with this hotel though, this is by far the best hotel in Iguazu and the limited food options just require visitors to plan ahead is all.

As close to heaven as it gets. The food and amenities were great. The pool was fantastic.

Lovely hotel minutes from the falls. The staff are hellbent on providing good service to you from the moment you arrive. Bell boys, reception, waiters in the restaurant, all seem to want to help you with anything you need without delay. There’s only one restaurant but they do provide a nice breakfast spread, and an extensive buffet dinner. Staying right at the falls means you’re captive when it comes to meals, but the convenience of being able to access the falls anytime you want from 8am-6pm cannot be beat. If prioritizing where to spend money, it’s an additional expense that is highly recommended. The alternative, Puerto Iguazu is about 18km away, and you’ll need a taxi to get to the park center.

It was a pleasant stay. Since it is located inside the park, it saves time. By 9:00 am, you could walk to the waterfalls. The air is so fresh in the morning and scenery is so beautiful. It is like a paradise.

Being in the Iguazu park and not spending time to get there is the main reason to select this hotel. Still, breakfast is extremely good and rooms are clean as they should be. Alcohol in the bar is way overpriced. Go to the cantina in the park (<5 min, but closing at 5 pm) and buy some for at least 2 times less and bring it back to your room.

In room dining is fast , evrything else is so slow.

loved the location of the hotel. i don't have to rush in and out of the Iguazu National Park. I take my time enjoying the scenery. very convenient.

Maybe the rooms and hotel isn't as fancy as the price would suggest. But the location makes up for it! When you walk into to the lobby and see the falls behind the glass, it is wonderful. The rooms are clean, well cared for, the staff is super helpful. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of all kinds of delicious food. The town is far away and the hotel is pretty much your only food option. But it is all worth it for the quiet half hour in the morning when you have the national park to yourself before the visitors arrive in the first train from the bottom. In the morning we could see the toucans flying through the air from our balcony. At night you can hear the roar of the falls and you feel the heavy darkness of the semi-tropical darkness around you. It was expensive, but so worth it for an amazing experience to treasure!

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Directions and maps to the upper and lower trails could be more clear, and driving there from the park entrance was not well marked. Even considering where it is, it's too expensive. Still, for visitors to the falls, this is THE place to stay.

Beautiful setting, wonderful time, the Sheraton was very accommodating.

Great location inside Iguazu Falls park. Fantastic view of falls from room.

The hotel was wonderful. The location is spectacular. The staff is wonderful and helpful. It was just terrific to stay in that hotel. I would recommend it without any reservations. Thanks
