Went at the end of the season but service great, clean, good food, relaxing and friendly hotel. Knowledgeable staff that could inform you about trips or local bus services to other resorts on island. Not sure what it's like when it's clubbing season but we enjoyed the more relaxed island feel. Loved the Adult Only ambience.
Just got back from a 4 day holiday here and all I can say is wow!!! Food Fantastic, drinks mostly named alcohol so deffo a plus & the service was amazing. We were upgraded to a junior suit with a huge balcony and great views. Will deffo return. Only 2 bad things are beds are single pushed together & very uncomfortable & pool man very Moody. But other than this a fantastic holiday
I went away with my brother for my birthday to and stayed at this hotel. From the moment we stepped into the staff were incredible. So friendly and helpful—they couldn't do enough for us. The food was fabulous and the selection of drinks available in the all inclusive package was brilliant! We were upgraded to a suite for the first two nights and given champagne on my birthday because the staff wanted to make my trip extra special, and it really was! The second room still had a sea view and was immaculate. We couldn't have asked for more! We would definitely go back!
This was the best all inclusive hotel I have ever stayed in. On arrival in the lobby I was offered a glass of bucks fiz whilst waiting to check in. Also my suit case was put to one side awaiting room allocation. Whilst checking in was given information about the hotel meal and bar opening times and if I wished could have the option of fine dining in the restaurant twice during my stay.(pending reservation) On entering my room my case was brought in and was show how to set up the safe code and operation of the air conditioning.after checking all the lights and fittings Carlos (I think that was his name) departed without the expectation of wanting a tip. The next few days I got to know a lot of the staff and was often greeted by christian name. (Philip) I enjoyed this as I was on my own on this holiday. I was helped with the booking of optional trips etc.The food on this holiday was the best and services of the bar staff was outstanding. Although the rooms had coffee making facilities the hotel had self service coffee and tea machines.
We returned to this hotel for a four night break as returning guests. What a welcome we received from all staff. mostly unchanged from last year. Although a lovely hotel with amazing food it is the staff who make it and it is due to them that we will be returning next October.
My son and I stayed at this hotel on an all-inclusive stay. Everything about this hotel was spot on. Room was lovely, food great - such a wide and varied house. Heaven's Garden restaurant was perfect. Staff at the hotel very very friendly - Carlos, Arturo, Joaquin and Arturo and Lena we just have to mention. Johan the entertainment guy was lovely and did a great job also. Drinks & snacks galore too :-). I guess the only downside was the fact that people chose to secure the sun loungers with their towels, so if you didnt get up at the crack of dawn you couldnt get a lounger all day (or at least when the sun was out!). I hope all the Staff at the Palladium Hotel enjoyed their closing party on the evening of Monday 30th October - you all truly deserved to.
We arrived as late as Cinderella on her ball night for our first night to a fantastic reception of 2 beautiful juices and a very friendly/happy staff at the hotel. Although we were past the buffet dinner time we were soon offered to have a feed which was a superb selection of cold meats and cheese just to keep us ticking along till the morning. We were then checked into our room and although it was not our actual room, we were happy to get some rest and due to he inconvenience we were given a bottle of champagne which was enjoyed the next day. The following morning after breakfast our actual room was ready and we were escorted with our bags straight to it after a late breakfast. It was lovely and had superb sunlight second half of the day the whole process as smooth as Tennessee whiskey. We made the most of the facilities in the hotel. Although slightly packed like sardines, the pool area and sun beds are a tranquil area. We had a few games of pool, table tennis and even made use of the gym...... The towel situation is you give a deposit per person for which you receive cards that you take to the towel man to exchange for towels. I recommend you bring your own for convenience and reserving sun beds as it does get busy early. Due to our occupations we had to switch on our work brains for periods throughout the holiday and there was no better place to do this than the lounge - A picturesque view over San Antonio bay. It literally is the most work I’ve ever done.. or at least I think I did considering the cocktails that accompanied me. There was a minor issue that we were glad to see the back of. After our second morning waking up in our new room we noticed a stench that had smothered our room and would have awoken sleeping beauty. This was down to drainage and we thought this needed telling so after a 2 minute chat with the fabulous Carlos we were in a new room which was better than we could have imagined. The staff are so helpful and this really needs to be known for anyone staying here. I really have hit the nail on the head when I say AMAZING staff. I cannot remember one moment were I was not greeted or given some awesome chat. They are brilliant and deserve as much credit as a 2 penny machine in Blackpool pier. The pool was so cold that we honestly thought Wednesday night entertainment could have been dancing on ice. In fact is was was so cold that vanilla ice would not have been able to write a lyric on it. (Ice Ice baby... too cold... too cold). All it took though was a bit of ‘man up’ pull and you were in!! The evening entertainment was brilliant at times but then also slacked a couple nights. We have been treated to some funny acts as well as some beautiful singing. There was a nights of karaoke in which a few of the staff sang to the point were they were taking the mick and it was beyond a joke. Another night the entertainment didn’t turn up so music was played and there was no back up from the entertainment staff! Location: About 20 minutes from the airport in a taxi. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to San Antonio shops, beaches, bars, restaurants and port. Around 20-30 minutes from whisking beaches such as Cala canta. THE VIEW IS UNREAL Food: Very impressed with the food here. The breakfast has a tremendous choice of hot and cold food. Lunches were brilliant giving the opportunity for a big heavy meal or a light hearty salad. Dinner again was very good ALL the time. Chef always had some speciality meats that were available for selection to be cooked on demand. The Mexican night was so good that Chicarito would sign for Ibiza F.C. In our stay we also had 2 trips to the a la Carte restaurant which was a nice change up. We both enjoyed a 3 course meal in here and the food was brought out to be a fine dining experience and it was decent!! Drink: The bar menu provided a lot of choice for drinks. We sampled as much as we could!! The cocktails were out of a machine until our last night where they were as fresh as a daisy!! Good choice and superb staff to ensure a good drink is treated with a smile. Ibiza: Could have heard a pin drop the place is so quiet this time of the year. Nice if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with some last summer sun. Overall a good holiday. Had a good time and apart from the weather a couple of days it was a pleasant stay with staff who put a lot of effort into their customers!! Big thank you again goes to Carlos for sorting us out with a change of room!!! Elvis has left the building.
My 2nd stay at the Palladium Hotel in Palmyra in the space of 6 months.I will keep coming back for years to come this place has it all. On arrival I was greeted with a lovely welcome and a drink what more could you want after a long travel. The hotel looks very grand and I believe is a 4.4 star but feels like a 5 star hotel. The rooms are cleaned everyday and you have your own safe in each room. The hotel has table tennis, pool, and a fantastic entertainment team who I hope will be there next year as they were very enjoyable with different games and quizzes and even a spot of karaoke and dancing and lots more entertainment and they even hired singers on the odd day out there who played some great song covers whilst having a drink on the sun lounger. Really does feel like paradise this hotel I didn't want to go home. The staff remembered me from my first visit. I was overwhelmed by this and taken back the staff really are like one big happy family at this hotel. Carlos, Elli, Loli, Arturo, Roberto, Jesus, Luisa, Christian, Johan, Joaquin, Sergio, Christina, Azahara and need to give another mention to the Entertainment Staff they were fantastic and hopefully they will be here when I come back next year but they give the same level of service you would expect in Disney Land for Entertainment and service and enthusiasm. Just want to say thank you to all the staff at the Palladium Hotel. There were a lot of staff there who rotated in shifts but thank you to everyone. If you are reading this review and looking for a summer holiday in 2018 look no further than this hotel. I have already booked my next stay for next year. This hotel, the staff and Ibiza as an Island is paradise for me. They have great bus & taxi links so its easy to get around the island and there is so much to see. This hotel backs on to the beach so if you go out the back entrance of the hotel you are on the beach what a view to wake up to in the morning. See you next year Palladium Palmyra and another shout out to the front desk especially Carlos, Elli, Loli, Jesus, Roberto, Arturo, Joaquin. Adios Familia Fantastico Fiesta/Holiday once again 11/10 taylormade06 ( Jon )
The Hotel and staff were fantastic particularly Carlos on reception, Arturo (restaurant), Arturo (bar) and the porter Joaquin. Entertainment was ok on the whole, The temptations tribute group were great. Pool and bar area were excellent, very relaxing and the beach is right there with fish swimming round your legs. San Antonio is very uninspiring with very little in the way of shopping apart from the usual tat. Ibiza town was well worth a visit.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was great, as part of the inclusive stay I was able to attend Heaven's Garden restaurant and enjoy the a la carte food. The accommodation was always spotless and couldn't fault it at all. The entertainment was great too, had an amazing time and would go back there again.
