Just spent 10 nights here in June, Single sea view room on 3rd floor Good comfy bed, nice shower and very well maintained by cleaning team, I had a short trip here last year and decided to return because it was so good. The all inclusive here is great value, very good food and branded drinks on offer, It is the staff that make this hotel special, from the reception team Carlos, Joachim,Jesus to F&B led by Arturo, the Bar team Luisa, Atturo, Sergio, Christian , they all work very hard to make life great for the guest Eli on guest services is really good in dealing with any issues or giving advice The entertainment was brilliant, Avia's pool work out was good fun, the bands on the evening were superb, Diva and also the soul funk band were really good and got everyone up dancing The only improvement I would want to see is the breakfast drinks - better quality machines needed
Short break to Ibiza, group of six adults, tried this hotel, so glad we did. Only 25 minutes from airport, 25 euro in taxi. On arrival lovely staff, beautiful entrance, friendly guests. 1 room available on arrival at 11am therefore allowed to use, where we all kept our belongings and got changed until other rooms ready at check in time 2pm. Pool area lovely, good quality sunbeds, decked area, beautiful views. Great quality drinks, good brands used, Morgan Spice, Smirnoff and staff were lovely. Food good, for all inclusive, beautiful salads, and fresh meat, fish. I can't think of any reason not to stay here, location fabulous, 10 minutes walk from night life so not too close if you're looking a quiet night. Entertainment at hotel good too, preferred the live band to the dancers though. All in all, great hotel, looking forward to returning to this hotel and trying the sister hotel on the other side of the island. We just booked through hotel, and paid on arrival no deposit needed, which worked out great for us. When we were leaving hotel was fully booked which shows how popular it is, book it quick
Stayed here for a family party and was very impressed with everything to do with this hotel. Arrive early morning and was greeted by happy smiling staff. I was allowed to check in and use all facilities from 9am. Food was great and plenty of choice. Entertainment team were very good during the day but the guys doing entertainment in the evening were excellent. This is one of the best Hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. Well done to all the staff for making this a great stay.
Me & my husband stayed here for a 3 night break for our wedding anniversary & it was amazing. We arrived at around 2pm and our room was ready so we dropped off our bags and straight to lunch. Food was really good - loads of choice. Lovely salads, a grill where your food is cooked to order, meats, cheese, fish, fruit etc. We had a sea view room which I would recommend. Pool area was really good even though it was small it wasn't over crowded and the view of the beach was stunning. The hotel is located right on the prom and is a mile from cafe del mar. Night time entertainment was good. Drinks were great lovely cocktail, Rose wine & cava really good. Would definitely recommend & we will go back. A perfect holiday
A group of 10 ladies for a chilled hen party with the strip near by but not rowdy in the day. This hotel from Arrival and welcome was wonderful friendly staff, superbly clean, beautiful views, nice quiet place to chill out by the pool in the daytimes and on the beach too. Food was normal Spanish AI buffet but enough choice to keep you going. The only reason I haven't given it 5 is because one of the girls had some make up stolen and We did not feel the hotel dealt with it properly at all. But other than that it was perfect for what we wanted. Would definitely stay again and I know a couple of the girls are already planning their next trip here.
Went on my own for a week and was greeted at reception with a drink and a smile. I had emailed ahead of my visit to ask for a high quiet room but unfortunately I was on the first floor above the bar and restaurant. Extremely noisy at all times. However, despite this the hotel was great. Extremely clean, staff are fantastic. Good was ok, probably more a 3 star if I'm honest. The pizza is good though but I didn't really want it everyday!! The pool area is really small and the sunbeds are far to close to one another, not ideal at all. Beautiful view from the hotel onto the beach and sunsets. Very close to all the clubs so ideal if you just want to fall home!! Loads to see and do, town is about a 5-6 minute walk. Cafe Mambo 20-25 min walk, definitely worth a visit. Constant music round the pool which I loved although guess it's not everyone's ideal choice.
I have just returned from staying at this lovely hotel. We had a junior suite, which was located on the first floor (room 122), it was a nice room, very large but slightly impersonal, bathroom had a separate shower and bath. The only one comment would be that a magnifying mirror would have been nice for us ladies who are blind as a bat and cannot see when putting our make up on. The food is excellent, so much to choose from and a great variety. They do have an al a carte restaurant but the menu is limited, and personally I felt the guy who took our order lets it down, he needs how to learn to be a proper Maitre'D. The pool area is nice but it is very cramped, and felt very claustrophobic at times because the beds are so close together as there certainly is not enough sunbeds to cover the demand for them; you have to get up at 6 am just to bag yourself a bed. There is entertainment on through out the day and evening, we found the music quite loud especially if you are trying to sleep either day or night. There is a excellent lounge in the hotel where you could escape which has excellent views of the harbour and to watch the sunset, great for people watching! All the staff are so nice and incredibly accommodating and very helpful. They certainly don't have an easy job with some of the client that stay at the hotel but it is Ibiza and it is the party island of Europe. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend the hotel.
A friend and I stayed here for just under a week and we had an amazing time. The hotel is lovely, the staff are even better! The food is simple but very tasty with a different variety of hot food each day and lots of fresh fish which is cooked to order. Overall an amazing hotel in a great location, will definitely be returning!
We absolutely loved Ibiza but our stay at the Palmyra was perfect. We booked a pool suite and it was very spacious. We loved the loft set up. The food was great for an all inclusive. We're pesceterians and they had a vast selection of fish each day. The location of the hotel couldn't have been more perfect and central to everything. We were literally a hop away from the beach. The boardwalk is behind the hotel where there was plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs and activities to book. We could've stayed within a 5min walking radius each way on the boardwalk and had a great time if we wanted. There is so much to do right outside of the hotel. The street where all the clubs are centrally located was a 10 minute walk. This hotel is in the perfect location. The service was great and Robert at the front desk was a big help whenever we needed anything. If we're ever in Ibiza again staying here would be a no brainer. Beautiful rooms, great people, and just a really nice all inclusive.
Stayed at the Palmyra with two friends. Occupied three single rooms all ensuite and of a reasonable size. This is the second Palladium hotel I have stayed in and I have to say they are hard to beat even the well known chains like De Vere. The all inclusive nature of the deal makes the hotel value for money with all alcohol, 3 meals, ice cream and toasted sandwiches included. Sun beds are at a premium around the pool during the day. A couple of mentions for the staff that stood out ....Carlos, behind the reception was one of those guys that if you had a business you'd employ. Nothing was too much for him and he always had the answer. The lady who coordinated the entertainment Avia (i think) always had time to talk to you making you welcome. One point by way of feedback is that the despite the fact the hotel is a multi national hotel there wasn't one English TV channel, not even the news. All in all a great stay .... would I stay again at a Palladium hotel? .... hell yeah!
