Was so much better than expected. Amazing value for money! The room was nothing special but it did perfectly for me and my partner. Pool was lovely and hotel was surrounded by things to do. Wifi was good, Food was lovely, staff were great and had a lovely time, Highly recommend.

Our apartments made very good impression on us. Rooms were nice, big and clean. Hotel's stuff were very friendly and helpfull, expecially awesome bartender - Toni. He took care about us all time. :-) The food was tasty and fresh. At the evening there were a lot of interesting shows e.g. singing, dancing. Our stay was very comfortable. I really recommend this hotel! Greetings from Poland :-)

I had a weeks stay in this hotel with 6 of my other friends and I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is only a 3 star hotel but I feel this is harsh and it was very clean and a very friendly place to stay. Even though you're in Ibiza it was a good mix of people couples, families and of course groups of friends. The food was debatable plenty of selection but it really was hit and miss. The entertainment team was very good especially Pamela and Nikita, but we also had a good time playing volleyball with Alberto and Irka.

I stayed here for 4 nights back in May. We were in ibiza for a wedding so luckily weren't spending much time in the hotel. It was nice & clean, the staff were friendly & helpful. But if you're going to be hungover at any point, prepare to be woken up at about 9am by the cleaners banging & crashing around. All doors will be slamming & furniture dragged about. The walls are very thin! I was brushing my teeth & could hear the person in the next room going for a number 2! My room was a good size & I had a lovely balcony with a decent view, my mates rooms were half the size of mine though! All inclusive wasn't worth it though, we only had breakfast. Which was quite good, a large selection. The drinks choice from the bar was dreadful though! Pre-made cocktails from a machine! Which tasted nothing like it was supposed to! All other spirits were cheap. Pools & outdoor areas were nice. All in all I felt I spent far too much money for what I got. Wouldn't go back or recommend.

All staff are friendly and helpful, food is good and a large choice. Large room with a sea view as had most other rooms. Free in room safe, free wifi, and free air conditioning. All rooms were serviced every day, and public areas were very clean. Hotel in a great location across the bay from San Antonio town, and has three pools and activities team that call them selves the animation team. It is only a short walk to a small beach if you prefer a quieter surrounding. This is a great hotel and I would certainly go back again.

Just got back from a 4 night break away with the girls all in our 30's Rooms are so small for 3 adults we were fuming that paid almost 500 pp and one had a child's camp bed I complained to reception and the lady wasn't bothered Also on first night a man tried to kick our door in shouting and swearing called security they didn't turn up I complained again and all she did was smirk as you can imagine i was livid. Onto the good bits Food was lovely for all inclusive a good variety and a hot temp The snack bar wasn't as good the system they had was poor and the man got stressed out The drinks was good and good variety micheal was fab , Toni was a bit miserable depending on his mood Only negative is coffee machine needs to be by reception 24 hours after 11 couldn't get a drink. Hotel was clean and fresh domestics was so friendly and polite. Location was good about 45 min walk to the strip but a taxi or water taxi was cheap enough The pools was fab plenty room an loungers for all. We went to the zoo party so if you need it paint done there is a shop just down the road did a fab job for 15 euro pp

this place is great, I was so impressed! Firstly the location is great, lovely view over the bay, there's a water taxi (3 euros) literally a 2 min walk from the hotel that takes you right to the front of san antonio and the west end. lots of cool bars and amazing restaurants are right next to the hotel. as for the hotel itself, it's really nice inside, very clean and spacious when you walk in, looks very well looked after. The staff are really friendly and speak good english, The pool area is huge, 2 big pools, plenty of sunbeds lying about and we never struggled to get one, its a good atmosphere when the music is playing during the day and the bar is flowing, but i'll get to that later... the food is top notch, dont listen to anyone who says otherwise, ok its not top quality, but for all inclusive its good quality, theres a huge buffet every morning, lunch and evening with various different options, including healthy options, a live chef cooks meat up at the pasta area and its usually different things most night... theres also a dessert table with plenty of ice cream and cakes etc the bar is decent, the slush that they stick in cocktails is great in the heat and the bar staff will fire in extra shots when asked. rooms are quite small but very clean and the cleaners are round every single day and always say hola! now the only thing that was bad was they had this animation team rehearse most afternoons next to the pool while everyone was trying to have fun, they would do dance moves and play the same song over and over again, it was so annoying and we heard alot of people complain... why would they not rehearse at 9am before all the paying holiday makers get up? everyone just wanted to listen to music and people were bringing their own music to the pool to drown out the animation team also, the bar man Tony, who could be a funny guy at times, had a problem with a group of guys who were a bit rowdy, so continued to take it out on everyone all week, ive never seen more miserable customer service in my life! although thankfully it was just him over all, i would recommend this hotel to anyone, top class!

I have stayed at the Hotel Riviera many, many times over the last 24 years! My most recent stay was 12-18 May 2017 and a fantastic time was had by all. This hotel never, ever disappoints and is amazing value for money! The rooms are exceptionally clean, as well as the restaurant, reception, bar and pool areas. Food is not the best but for a 3* hotel it is ok. I must point out though that I am a fussy eater! There is also a brilliant choice of drinks in the bar to suit all tastes. All the staff are incredibly helpful and hardworking.....nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to my good friends Andrea in the restaurant and Toni the Bar Manager. Also to Helena and Michael who work tirelessly behind the bar. Thank you all for a great holiday! Can I just mention that Toni will be retiring in October 2018. Myself and my family will all be back next year to say goodbye to our old friend. It is such a shame that after all these years he has to retire, although I personally know that Toni doesn't want to retire! Toni is an asset to the Hotel Riviera and he will be very sorely missed by many guests, past and present! Perhaps the management will take heed and insist that Toni stay on in his position as Bar Manager.....he is after all a LEGEND! Once again Hotel Riviera......thank you for an amazing, fabulous holiday! I would be really grateful if a member of staff could let me know what date in May the hotel will be opening in 2018 so that I can make my booking. See you all next year xxx

Food: i was full up after every meal, food sometimes cold but there was always so much to choose from. However the food doesn't state whether it's vegetarian or not. Omg and the drinks policy is SO stupid!!!!!! Pay a €2 deposit for a cup, you have to take the bloody cup everywhere you go because you can't get another drink unless you give the cup back. I can see how it's helpful in their eyes but being all inclusive it's annoying how you have to keep bringing a cup back every time . Room: nice, beds made every day, only disadvantage is the walls - PAPER thin!!!! I stand at the front door and can hear about 4 different conversations, and could also hear the girl breathing in the bathroom next door to me! Outside: quiet, There are 2 pools next to eachother so plenty of space and there's always loads of sun beds available so you don't have to run down at the crack of dawn to reserve a bed. Nightlife: I had absolutely no idea what a water taxi or a disco bus was, we had to get a taxi or walk everywhere which isn't bad because it's a 30-40 minute walk to the main San Antonio strip. I wish I read reviews about prices because I brought €150 for the whole week and did not survive!!!!! Everything was SO expensive, vodka and redbull in one of the clubs was €40. Bottles of water was €9 - ridiculous Overall it was a great place, would definitely go back great environment and had a amazing holiday. Only bad thing was the receptionists , only 1 of them is actually helpful the rest of them can't understand English, one woman even told me to come back in an hour when someone else was on the desk because she couldn't understand me, really frustrating. The day we had to go home I asked where the transfer picks us up and she said "probably down the road on the corner " not helpful AT ALL made it very stressful.

Firstly, I have to admit, the rooms do not offer a great deal of luxury; no fridge; no tea/coffee facilities. However, the hotel is kept exceptionally clean, there is a wide choice of food and drink available, albeit only one beer on tap (but it is Estrella damm!) Food buffet is of a good variety throughout the day with a good addition of the pool bar serving a few different options in core hours. My friend and I had our luggage go missing on arrival, when explaining this at the hotel they were empathetic and helpful advising us of where to go shopping for decent clothing. If you're looking to be in a hotel where it's nonstop, this is not it. It's mainly a family and couple orientated hotel, with a few small groups of girls and guys. If you want to be in the thick of it, you need to bea bit further west in San Antonio town itself, nightlife is good. If you are a flat out raver, go to Ibiza old town, within seconds of walking on the beach we were invited into bars and asked what drugs we wanted! Will suit many of you! If you're only looking for tranquillity, head north, around San Miquel, lovely views and peaceful. My friend and I hired motorbikes for the day and did around 120km seeing what the island had to offer, it will not disappoint.
