Second time at this hotel in four years and will definitely be coming back - ticks every box for me. The perfect distance from the West End & Cafe Mambo. Large pool area that is in the sun until around 7pm. Never too busy around the pool so always spare sun loungers. Main receptionist is a great help with recommendations or additional room requests. Bar staff at the pool are amazing WOOP WOOP! Music playing at the pool all day. Rooms are basic but we weren't in them that much so didn't need anything fancy. Working air con, decent shower and comfy enough bed. Not the best hotel if you're wanting to sleep a lot but I doubt many people are planning to.
I stayed here for 5 days in October and it was fab,the lady on reception was welcoming, room was was amazing with comfy bed,English tv and air con was freezing.no balcony but my room was above the pool so I got free WiFi!and safe in the room!had an amazing time thankyou xx
Stayed for 3 nights and was just what we needed for a break in Ibiza. The beds were comfy enough and the hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and brought some laughs when announcing food orders... Pool was a good size and there were plenty of beds. Food was ok and good value. I would stay again.
Just returned from a week in hotel Brisa and found it to be a great hotel. This was listed as a 2 star if I remember correctly so wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised and this is coming from someone who is hard to please. I have stayed in some horrible hotels in San Antonio for the same price. I found the staff very welcoming and friendly and were always willing to help. There is a large pool area which is perfect to laze about and cure the hangover from the previous night/morning. The rooms are what you would expect from any hotel of this type. 2 beds, shower, balcony. All pretty basic but all you expect. The location is close to the west end, about a 5 or 10 minute walk which is perfect although it took a couple days for me to realise exactly where the hotel was. Don't know if alcohol consumption had anything to do with this but I'm used to staying nearer the waterfront. Only problem I had was I couldn't sleep well due to noise but through experience you get this everywhere, noisy neighbours and music playing but again it's expected. Overall would definitely recommend.
My rating is especially for Ismael, Gregory and the lovely Coraima!! Also the night receptionist deserve lots off credits.. he have a really hard job dealing with the partypeople all night long! Have some respect please! The rooms are very clean! Thanx for that 2! I met Alberto from Sweden and he is happy every holiday already for over 30 years! Also Nice beach at walking distance.....Thanx again for all the staff!!
First time in Ibiza. Didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. Lovely room with a great view of the sunset. We were on the 5th floor. Remote controls for the TV and air conditioning. Compact, very clean bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Staff come in every day to service the rooms. Lovely night lit swimming pool. Cool, comfortable bar with reasonably priced British breakfast and snack menu. Good deals on drinks. Both Bar and breakfast area have large TVs. Free WiFi in the lounge and bar area. WiFi in the rooms are an optional extra payable at reception. New W.Cs. in the main reception. The whole place is immaculate. The staff are lovely and helpful. Very good location. (Not far from The Egg) Good access for the wheelchair traveller. Ramps and Lift. Local information leaflets at reception. Pool tables in spacious seating area. Luggage storage in case of later flights. And the absolute main thing for me was, it was PEST FREE. The only thing I would recommend is more plug sockets in the rooms.
stayed here as a group of 5 girls. The rooms are clean but very basic. The maids cleaned everyday and provided fresh sheets and towels. There is only 2 plugs In each room, not ideal when there's 3 girls getting ready for a night out and trying to dry/straighten hair and charge phones! It can get a bit noisy but if you've booked an 18-30 hotel it's to be expected, definitely not the worst I've stayed in. Be prepared when you arrive to pay €50 deposit for each room you've booked and KEEP THE RECEIPT!! Without it you won't get it back when you check out, also there's a tax which works out about €8 each for the week. It's about a 5 minute walk from the strip and it's really not hard to find after few trips! The food at the bar is good and reasonably priced. Overall it was a decent enough place for the price we paid.
We stayed as a group of 3 girls however I booked on separately so had my own room. The room was spacious and clean and had a big comfy double bed, dressing table and huge wardrobe. The bathroom was nice. The rooms have air con which is free and surprisingly powerful! Rooms have a flat screen tv with English channels and music channels. Rooms don't have a fridge but would really benefit from a small one as my water was always warm. The English receptionist is really lovely like having a mum in Ibiza and she knows about everything in the area. The night doorman gets a lot of bad press but he was a pussycat when treated with respect, unfortunately a lot of people are rude and abusive to him when they get in drunk - no wonder he reacts. The pool area is nice and lively and the food is cheap and really nice. Breakfast is basic continental style - nothing to write home about but perfectly fine. Ibiza rocks is very close as is the west end strip. Ibiza's streets are very narrow so the transfer coach can't get to it meaning you get dropped outside the hotel and you have to wheel your huge cases down a hill around the streets which was interesting. My transfer home was at 6.15am so I had to walk in the dark and wait at the bus stop opposite woodland which was quite intimidating. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend it for groups of friends looking for a fun lovely holiday.
After reading the reviews and from just getting back from this hotel I can agree with a lot of what people say. The hotel staff are really helpful especially with buses etc, but they do give you a massive piece of wood attached to the key which you cannot fit into your bags at all. Although whilst being there I did witness quite a few arguments with the reception team and customers. The maid we had was also really nice. The guy on security at night is pretty bad too, just sits on his phone miles away from the door, he doesn't need to be there really. The rooms are pretty basic and what you pay for, the air con in our room was pretty good and they didn't charge us at all for this which was good. The hotel is pretty hard to find when walking back from the strip or anywhere as it's all built up the same but there are some short cut ways to get to it. The lounge area is pretty good for late night flights when you have to check out by 11am, able to charge your phones and kip on the sofa's. Food is pretty standard and reasonably priced, especially when he says 'woo woo' whenever your foods ready! Overall a pretty standard hotel and you get what you pay for, couldn't fault it much from our experience.
The hotel had friendly Staff. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. The buffet style breakfast was good alveit a bit simple, but on the whole plentiful and you could easily fill up on it if needed. On the whole a good weeks stay.
