We love this hotel the staff really are lovely they will put them selves out to help you,We went in June and then again in September loved it, just booked to go again in June 2018 cant wait its like being with your best friends from start to finish.

Here May 2017 going back again first class from start to finish food excellent plenty choice . Can't fault anything honestly think I've found my home from home room spotless staff terrific view amazing roll on May

Couldn't fault the staff from start to finish ....... the hotel was kept cleaned at all times from the public toilets every few hours to the floors in the hotel . One member of staff who done a great job was Marcia always smiling no matter how busy she was and all the entertainment was spot on , karaoke , bands , quizzes you name it you had !!. Water aerobics in the morning was good for a hangover cure . Well done to alll of the entertainment people headed my sweet martin 👍🏻👍🏻I'll be back one day and hopefully it will be soon . The food was very good also and totally recommend you all book all inclusive and finally if you want to buy tobacco to head to the shop which is a 10 minute walk away rather than buying your tobacco at duty free . Many thanks for a lovely holiday with me and my Girlfriend and once again thankyou to all the people we met also staying in the hotel who have became friends of ours and last but not least to the staff members of Hotel milord.... keep the great work up . I work in the IHG brand hotels and you guys do a fantastic job .

Disappointed with our stay here, nice enough hotel but oh,some of the staff particularly in the restaurant look like they’ve been served redundancy notices ! Still waiting to be asked if we would like a drink with our meals! Expensive drinks at the bar too, wouldn’t return in a hurry.

A spotlessly clean modernist hotel in an ideal spot over looking the bay. No beach but some in easy reach. Water taxis right outside to take you to other resorts or the bus station in San Antonio town. If you are up early you will see an army of ladies cleaning every inch of the hotel. Everything is spotless although the ceiling fan in my room needed dusting! Presumably this was originally two hotels now used as one. The reception and bar are in one building whilst the restaurant is in the other. If it is raining you are likely to get wet! There is the usual Tourist Tax of a Euro per person per day (doubling soon) plus tax! Only in the EU could you pay tax on a tax! Wi Fi is 30 euros a week and the safe is 3.95 euros a day so before you get your key you are handing over an additional 73.05 euros! You cannot avoid the tax but charges for safes and Wi Fi should be abolished. Good choice of food with nice bacon and eggs every morning. Orange juice and coffee come from a machine. OJ is sweet & sickly and coffee is tasteless. The hot chocolate however is lovely and they do have a water cooler which is a great asset. All hotels should have one. The tables are crammed in so it is very busy at peak times which is not helped by the poor layout of the food counters. The staff in the restaurant are fabulous and everything is under the scrutiny of the Maitre D who constantly checks everything. Bar staff are equally friendly. Heaven knows how they remain so polite to the very rude (non British) guests. Thomson say this is a quiet hotel which is generally true. The walls however are very thin so you can hear the guests in the rooms either side of you. There is also 'entertainment' which screeches out until 11PM. Whys is it so loud? No fun if you need to be up early or have young children. As is often the case in Spanish resorts the area seems overdeveloped so best avoided in peak season. Good sized room with space for suitcases. Adequate beds and bathroom. Great balcony. Mine had a bath with a power shower and an annoying shower curtain rather than a shower screen. TV with some English language channels. Overall I can recommend the hotel if you have not been to Ibiza before.

Nice hotel, spotlessly clean. Top end of a 3 star I would say. Food is nice with plenty of choice. Plates are pre heated so your food stays warm for ages. Plenty of choice and not as repetitive as some hotel chains. Rooms are great. Try to get one of the rooms on the end as these have larger balconies. All rooms have 32 inch flat screen TV'S. TV'S have usb slot for a memory stick. Best to take some films and shows on a USB stick as there is only a news channel (sky news. So more jackonory than factual) and a Disney channel. Think the file format of the usb pen has to ntfs or fat32 as my exfat one didn't. .water park at the serens country club which is 15 min walk going the oposite way to sanantonio. Good water park. 12 euros.each kids or.adults. water taxis. One bad point the WiFi is unusable. Lots of decent wifi access points on every floor but the Internet connection is poor. Saying that the fixed terminals in the.lobby are ok. Presume they have there own link to the net. Mobile.reception is excellent though.

Disappointed in the receptionist that checked us in, very rude and unprofessional, talking to us like we were his "bros" which I do not wish to be treated like. Instead of giving early rooms to people with babies he said to us "don't travel with a baby then", and trying to start an argument when I was asking politely that next time they should consider saving a room for people with babies. Also, all-inclusive wrists bands were annoying and I felt like on a school trip. However, I am giving two stars for the housekeeping ladies, very nice and helpful, food was okay, but should include more healthy options.

Arrived lunch time along with quite a few other guests so check in was abit slow, by the time we had our room key I was €45 lighter. Safe is very expensive at €3.95 per night + the hotel tax! Please bear this in mind. Room was lovely, plenty big enough on 2nd floor overlooking pool and bay, lovely view can't complain. Housekeeping is fab and work hard, clean towels every day if needed, bedding every other day. Only sky news for the English on tv and as my husband was unwell for a couple of days would have been nice to have at least one other channel. Food is a great choice, something for everyone, but please be aware even though you put your belongings on a table and turn the sign to reserved, this does not mean other guests respect this, they simply move your things and sit down anyway and won't move when asked politely, just look at you blankly as though your speaking double dutch, even the waiters won't say anything either! I just thought it downright rude. Location is great for walks along the beach to San Antonio, took us 50 mins, it is a bit rocky in places though. If not feeling that energetic water boat right outside hotel gets you there in 6 minutes for €3. Walking opposite way gets you to a lovely sandy beach. Most of the town was closing down as its end of season so was quiet, still a few places open though. Two points though, I've never stayed at a hotel that doesn't offer free wifi even in public places and what they charge is astronomical and the second is noise, from the slamming of doors to the scraping of chairs, to hearing the man next door snoring and his partner telling him to shut up, in the middle of the night. No soundproofing! I was so glad I took some earplugs, so be aware if you're a light sleeper. Apart from that we had an enjoyable break.

Great hotel for a quiet break at the end of the season. Food has a great choice with two types of soup and fresh food cooked at chefs station. Good choice of salad with a vegetarian option of mail meal with meat and fish available. All staff work hard and staff in the mail bar (Sara, Ampario, Jesus been very friendly) and happy to help with your choice. Rooms were ok but very little choice of English channels (2) on the Tv, our room overlooked the bay but some rooms overlooked the road.Bus to Ibiza can be a walk away and £2.45 each way. A ferry boat can be taken from the hotel to Sant Antoni for £3.00. The hotel is a short walk to the mail road where there are a few bars and restaurants but as it was at the end of the season quite a few had closed for the season but in the main season there is a reasonable choice. The safe was one of the most expensive I have used at £3.95 a day and the tourist tax is £1.10 a day so add this to the cost of your holiday.

What can I say about this hotel?? Well I've been going to Ibiza now for over a decade and I can say without a shadow of a doubt the Fiesta Milord was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in and will be booking again in the next week. The staff are amazingly friendly and very polite, the food is exceptional, you have such a massive choice to choose from, vegetarian, vegan, lactose free, gluten free and if you're like me a carnivore well there's so much different meats you're spoils for choice daily. There's a roast every night if you want one!! The breakfast is awesome everything you can think of .......... Even French toast ( eggy bread) lol, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the cleaners are very thorough, the views if you require one are spectacular I was on the 9th floor and watched the sunrise almost everyday, if you go all inclusive you can even have champagne for free!! Down at the outside bar which serves coffee, teas, alsorts of beverages plus burgers hotdogs ice cream the works............ Truly a fantastic hotel ohh and don't forget the entertainment for everyone definitely 10 out of 10 for me... Thank you fiesta milord for a fantastic holiday. See you next year!! 😎
