I stayed here in August 2017 with another friend, on night 4 of our holiday we were awoken by a fire alarm at 5am. We got out of the room to discover our corridor with another 6-8 rooms on, was totally inescapable! The fire exit (the only exit on this floor) was locked. At this point non of us on the corridor knew if the fire was real or not so we were all panicking, getting agitated and yelling for help. After a good 10 mins of no one coming to our assistance after us repeatedly yelling and screaming for help, the strong lads we were with managed to break the fire door open. If these lads had not been here, myself any my friend would not have had the physical strength to open the door. Eventually, when we finally got out we discovered it was a real fire but there was not 1 ,member of staff to be seen anywhere. The next morning we told reception about being trapped in the corridor and the girl on there couldn't have cared less. We didn't even get a 'sorry' This is so so disappointing as we paid a fair amount of money to stay at peak time and the staff did not care about guest safety or wellbeing. I will not be staying at another Azuline Hotel chain unfortunately, very disappointing and scary experience.
i have stayed in this hotel for six years this year july 2017 i witnessed a girl getting run over by a car and the driver just drove on what i am trying to say is because this hote is very popular they should have a zebra crossing in front of the hotel there is a zebra crossing about 200 yards down the road but this is not siginficent for the guests in the safora if they want to go across to the tobar resturant i will be back next year but this is my only concern this hotel does what it says on the tin party party but be safe
Please dont visit this hotel the staff are theives ! My son booked with jet 2 first night a staff member entered his room stole 700 euro a pair of nike airs vest top and sliders ! We are writting a ltter of complaint to jet 2 but in the mean time dont go ! The hotel staff pretended not to speak any english what so ever once he tried to get help so ha had to fly home one day after arriving which we paid for , spend a little bit extra and go some where else , staff should never be in your room his key never left him within 2 hours someone had been in using a key !! And stole his things and they will not help please do not let your kids go here
Hotel itself is 10 minute walk away from the bay itself when ch is nice as don't get any noise from outside, Unfortunately same cannot be said for while your in hotel, every hour the doors are banging and the guests themselves make an absolute racket of a noise constantly, which unfortunately the staff do nothing about, so don't expect much sleep staying here. Room itself was ok, cleaners don't do a great job they put clean towels in and that's about it. Pool and seating and loungers is to small for the amount of guests so if your wanting a space be there at 10 when it opens or you won't get one, I didn't use the pool once, to many people cramped in , . Breakfast was ok usual continental. Can't comment on the staff as didn't have any conversation with any while on my stay.
We got to the hotel at 9am after an early morning flight. We had to wait till 2pm to check in and on arrival we had to pay tax to be able to stop there, after spending over £500 for the whole holiday. We were told the hotel had free wifi and the main thing a free safe. The wifi was £5 a day or £20 for two devices for a week, the safe was £30 and a £10 deposit. The room had air con which we didn't know how to turn on for the first couple of days as the switch was behind the curtains. Making friends wasn't hard as we had a colony of ants living in our bathroom. The bathroom was the worse, because of the ants and that when using the bathroom we had a vent going into next doors and we could hear everything (and smell), our bathroom window was on the neighbours balcony, so when my friend was in there and it got swung open she was greeted by a stranger. When taking a shower it would flood the whole bathroom and go into the hall way, we had to stop this by barricading the exit with towels. As our room was on the bottom our balcony was covered in upstairs rubbish and cigarette butts as there were no ash trays. The one part good about the room was the view from the sunset. We went into another girls room, their room was much nicer and they had a TV. It depends which side you are on for a nice or a terrible room. We went with Clubs 18-30s and if we was not with them the holiday may have been boring and more expensive than it was already. Our rep, Rachel, was very helpful, nice and very friendly. When going to Ibiza everywhere is very expensive we went for a week with £500 and this was spent in the first 3 days. The super clubs are very expensive so always pre-drink and I would defo recommend going with Club 18-30s as you get good deals and super club entrance tickets are cheaper. 18-30s was a 5 out of 5 stars :)
Me and my friend went on this holiday extremely nervous because all the reviews we read about the hotel were horrendous😂 when we got there the hotel is nice on the outside as well as being nice on the inside. The staff were friendly and the part we was most looking forward to was the free aircon, when we got to the room the aircon didn't actually work and when we informed the staff they said they would help us and never did. The only upside to this was that we didn't need the aircon anyway as the room was cool enough. The room was clean and tidy but did have a very weird smell to it, unexplainable. Most would complain about this but we found it very amusing. We was singing whilst getting ready and we heard a voice singing along to us, we did read on the reviews that the walls were paper thin but it sounded like someone was in our room.. there was a vent in the bathroom which joined ours and next doors room together so it sounded like they was stood in your room as you could hear them clear as day. Next we was sat on the balcony and we heard this bang, I turned around and 3 men popped their head out of the window!!! It was hilarious!!! These were the same men that sung along with us earlier on in this day, the only downfall is that the balcony doors didn't lock securely so if they really wanted to they could've climbed on to our balcony from their window, but the didn't. The hotel is lively but you can't play your music whenever you want or the security guard will escort you out and tell you to 'sleep on the beach' as that's what he did to some guys across the hall (even tho they weren't being that loud) the poolside was nice along with the food. 15 minute walk from strip, supermarkets/atms/restaurants right outside the door. If I came back to Ibiza I would definitely consider staying here again.
came to Ibiza last week with intentions of going to the super clubs and partying and stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The price was amazing so of course we were skeptical, but on a tight budget we decided to go for it. As a 19 year old and a 21 year old, we thought this hotel was perfect. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman at the reception desk and throughout the holiday we came to see that all of the staff here were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless; basic, but clean and exceeded our expectations considering the price. It was a close walk to the west end strip and to the bus station where you can catch the bus to the clubs. We didn't opt for all inclusive but when we did buy food from the hotel it was cheap and tasted good; although more options would be nice. We didn't make it down to the pool as unfortunately most of our days were spent sleeping but from what we could see of the pool it was always lively and had many people around. Perfect place to stay if you are in Ibiza for the nightlife. 10/10, I will be returning
Just arrived back from 4 terrible days at this hotel, stayed before had no issues the hotel its self is ok,the staff most are nice,BUT this time after the smaller pool was closed for 2 days due to repair they refilled it WITHOUT testing it me and my friends were in and out the whole day only to notice the chlorine had bleached all our bikinis to the point of havin no colour left in!the staff instantly tested it and closed the pool down for nearly 2 days after trying to get hold of management he avoided us like the plague till we spotted him and called me a lier to my face said i was a bull crapper althou the staff had confirmed the pool pump was faulty and had too much chlorine in it, we had had enough as our skin was also sore we cut the hol short and flew home early, utterly dissapointed at his behaviour ill never visit again
I didn't expect much for the price but it was worse than expected. The walls really are paper thin and the balcony door was so flimsy I was worried it was going to break. The beds are solid as is the one pillow. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival dust round the toilet hair in the sink we also had ants that eventually took over the bathroom the breakfast was rubbish when we went down there was hardly anything left. You got free air con which was good had to pay a deposit for the TV remote and the Wi-Fi was expensive . It was extremely noisy all night and then in the morning the cleaners would be slamming doors. Location is quite good but the road is super busy. Would be good for people out every night who didn't want any sleep but if you do then I don't recommend this hotel.
We were a couple in our 40's and visited for 1 week. Firstly we didn't have high expectations having read some of the reviews but in some ways very pleasantly surprised. We stayed on the refurbished side of the hotel and the room was good, new bathroom which had a double shower and toiletries, body wash and hair wash. Clean towels every day and maid service. The balcony is narrow, 2 chairs only. Only negative was lack of sweeping of floors and balcony. Receptionists were great, Denise especially. Snack bar is ok and the girl working there is friendly, polite and helpful. The same can't be said for her colleague though, the gentleman, despite being pleasant to him, we both found him rude. On occasions he likes to sweep the pool area looking for guests with their own drinks, picking said drinks up and confiscating them. Rules are rules fair enough but 'little hitler' should go about this differently. Breakfast is continental, hard boiled eggs, ham, salami, cheese, variety of breads and pastries. Sliced pineapple was good but some of the fresh fruit is dire unless you get to breakfast early. The pool area doesn't open until 10am and music streamed through from 10.30am, not great music, heard a lot of comments that the music was bland and needed changing. The youngsters who have been out all night come out about 12pm so ample sun loungers prior to then. This is a hotel that tolerates a party atmosphere so expect to hear 'mindless' music being played in the rooms (it all sounds the same) at all times of the day and night. Expect the noise to start around 5.30am when all nighters return, running and squealing up and down corridors with foul language being said to you if you happen to comment. Having said that only the last 2 nights of our holiday were really bad in terms of the noise. Real mix of ages at this hotel and met some great people just a shame about some of the rude people with no manners. Probably wouldn't visit again, not my scene but wasn't totally disappointed and holiday wasn't ruined by some idiots. Basically we did get what we paid for. Went to Formentera for a day out, well worth a visit but found Ibiza generally expensive for food and drinks in restaurants and bars so bear it in mind if only B&B
