I was a bit worried as it was for younger than myself ,but although it was the end of the season, hotel was excellent, room very comfortable, had b&b was continental but there was plenty of choice, there bar food was very reasonable prices and very good portions, and pool area was very good,I think it may have been different in high season but I asked about their other hotels and I would stay there, don't know why ppl complained about rooms but I had a pool view, maybe I was just lucky but the reception staff where excellent when I had any question, if this is classed 2star I can't wait to stay in the other class hotel,
After reading some bad reviews on here, us group of girls were a little worried about staying here. On arrival we were greeted by an English speaking woman who was very helpful. She gave us our room keys and set us on our way. The rooms were ok, nothing flash or fancy but they done the job for 4 girls in the 20's on a wild holiday. Balcony's are quite small and the showers have a tendency to flood a little but easily cleaned up with the provided towels. Rooms are a decent size, but there is no fridge. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the west end and 20-25 from mambos. The pool area is very clean and you are able to drink alcohol around the pool all day. Some staff are quite rude but there are many others who are really helpful and lovely. Overall not a bad hotel, I would stay here again.
wouldnt stay again too noisy location and didnt realise it was so close to the road breakfast could of had a warm option sorry nothing else to say about the hotel except a little ambiance around the pool and too overlooked by other hotels
Staff were absolutely amazing and there was no faulting each and every one of them! We booked this hotel reading certain reviews expecting for what we payed for which was £230 for 5 days with bed and breakfast/ flights etc so we weren't expecting much but we didn't plan on staying in the hotel often. But when we got there we were pleasantly surprised at actually how nice it was. I don't know who rated this hotel but it should defiantly be a 3/4 star rating. The staff were always around to help, and some of them defiantly went above and beyond. I was particularly impressed with Angel and his customer service, and my friends absolutely loved the pool bar staff member. We were so impressed with the hotel cleanliness and cleaning staff. We always came back to a clean and tidy room. The food at breakfast is obviously standered toast/ yogurts/ fruit/ muffins and croissants and a lot more which was expected for the price and was absolutely fine. I would just like to thank every one of you for a perfect holiday and I will defiantly chose this hotel over any 4 star one Iv stayed in so far. The whole vibe was so relaxed and chilled and we felt so comfortable. We even spent a few nights in. It thank you for the perfect holiday.
Used this hotel for the closing parties weekend in Ibiza i.e. somewhere to sleep and get ready for going out and for that purpose it is perfect. It's clean, friendly and cheap. The not so positive things are: it's noisy, maybe take earplugs if noise is an issue - I don't mean the standard noise of other people, you can hear every step on the floors, the lift, constant dog barking, I even heard dogs howling at one point, the food isn't great but there's loads of supermarkets nearby and it overlooks what looks like a dumping ground - can't say I chose this hotel for the views. It's a bit of a walk to get to the beach, not massive but quite far from the strip but quite near ocean beach area. All in all, it was a decent budget option and there's free breakfast which is worth going down to for the coffee at least.
Was disappointed that the hotel staff didn't stop the younger people doing helium round the pool, outside there rooms outside our room. Running outside our room, screaming, laughing, banging doors and fighting. We don't mind people having fun but there must be a way the hotel can actually put a curfew on a certain time for noise.
Enjoyed our stay here, great location. Not a quiet place but great if you just need a room to put your head down. Nice staff and Guy at reception was very friendly and approachable which was nice. Room clean . Only downside was the Internet that we paid for was not great and couldn't load a video reliably , OK for checking websites
Just got back from here today 29/09/2017 this is a nice hotel for a 2 star. Rooms are cleaned made up every day clean towels. The staff are really nice pleasant and helpful.jose victor and aina where fantastic bar and kitchen staff and looked after us and everybody they seem to take great pride in what they do and you always get a nice warm greeting from them. The only problem I found with this hotel is the noise from inconsiderate youngsters coming in at silly aclock in the morning shouting and banging doors after getting in from the clubs. This is a 100% honest review would I recommend this hotel if you party hard and don't mind the then most definitely. If you want relaxation peace and quiet no
Booked to stay at this hotel back in May for a week 18th to 25th September. Seen lots of bad reviews back in May and I honestly don't know why with respect however more of the bad reviews were from older people. My experience at this hotel I noticed a lot more people who stayed here were of a similar age to myself (23). I'd say over 60% of the people I met and seen at this hotel were aged between 18-28 this is probably because its a cheaper stay which is exactly what young people want from Ibiza having learnt my lesson during my last stay back in 2013 spending way too much on a hotel. During our stay we visited San Antonio multiple times visiting the west end, Mambos, ocean beach and a day at the beach itself it's not too far of a walk took around 10 minutes to get to ocean beach and the beach area and about 20 to get to Cafe Mambo and the west end. also we visited Amnesia twice, DC-10, Pacha and Ushuaia taxis to Bossa cost around 30 euro and to Pacha and Amnesia about 25 euro taxis are also very easy to get ahold of I asked at the front desk for a number in which I was given a business card or you can simply flag down a taxi outside. Overall the hotel is very good its clean and the staff are very helpful with knowledge of the island and the local area. I can see why people have moaned about noise however the walls are very thin and you can hear people in other rooms but this is something that didn't bother me and my friends so much. The pool area was very good again it was cleaned at least twice a day and you get the sun for most of the day if wanna catch that balearic tan. The price for food was very good also a decent meal during the day would cost around 6-8 euro and pints were priced at 3 euro. The room was very basic but for a cheap price don't be expecting 5* luxury as some people do... The only problem with the room was that the shower curtain was too short for the rail so the bathroom floor would get very wet and slippery. Other than that the room was very clean and it was cleaned every morning with fresh bedding, towels and the floor was mopped. If I was to visit Ibiza again which is highly likely this hotel I would consider again it's easy to find, cheap, clean and the staff were great.
We stopped here 13/20 September for my daughters 18th birthday. Arrived at hotel at 12pm in afternoon only to be told we couldn't check in till 2. Wasn't too bad as I know the area well so dropped bags and went to a nice bar for something to eat and drink. Rooms are very basic, could do with abit of updating. We had 2 rooms, my daughter wanted the pool view room with her mates so me,the wife and 13 year old lad got the another pool view but not the sort of pool you swim in,(see pics) 😎. Quite a noisy hotel but we was expecting that, paper thin doors that slam, could do with restraints on them. Various age groups so not too bad for children. Few wetwipes but you get them everywhere. Great pool area, great, reasonably priced food also. Hotel is in a prime location, on a main road that leads to San antonio beech,West end. Eden, es paradis only 10 mins walk away. Breakfast wasn't the best, not much selection, but edible. Overall I can't really fault the hotel for value for money as you get what you pay for, a 2 star hotel, but one of the better ones in San antonio. I would definitely come back but next time just me and the wife for a few days as we try different hotels and apartments.
