Just come back from S'anfora Hotel, we stayed for the Hard Rock Hell Ibiza festival. The hotel is in a fairly good location, a leisurely stoll in to town takes around 8 to 10 minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. There are restaurants on the doorstep too. There's also 2 supermarkets on your doorpstep but we only went to one, it had everything you needed. The rooms were basic but clean, great double black out curtains, small balcony, fabulous tv with great English channels. clean bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space with draws and a safe. The Bed's were made daily and fresh towels. There are no kettles in the rooms so we took our own and just got a couple of cup's from the dinning room. Also no fridge so we bought UHT milk. Our view from the balcony wasn't very nice, the back of the hotel is were all the old mattresses were thrown out, and the rubbish but hey it didnt bother us. The dinning room was nice, a good choice of breakfast, nothing cooked though, cold meats, cheese, cereals, breads, cakes but adequate for what you needed. The pool bar restaurant was good, always plenty of places to sit. The food was lovely, pizza's etc and full English was amazing and at 5.50 euro's, it was a steal. My only concern was the poor staff run of their feet, god help them in high season. Four of us ordered a meal and it was an hour before we got it, there was only one chef.It was worth the wait though. The pool was really inviting, cold but refreshing, the pool toilets were clean and so handy. Our only hate was the music played round the pool, it was repetetive. The staff were all lovely and friendly from the cleaner to the reception staff, they always had a smile on their faces. I would recommend this hotel to others and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay. PS Please provide free wi fi through out to give this a 3* rating

We stayed here for our time at Hard Rock Hell Ibiza festival and it was perfectly situated for what we needed. It's a short walk out of the centre which is great if you like a little peace but not too far that you can't walk (and stagger back!). All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic but clean. Breakfast was adequate but you do have to get to the restaurant about 30 minutes before closing to ensure there is food left. We didn't use the pool but the area looked clean.

Enjoyed a weeks stay the first week of October. During summer this hotel is for young and lively but end of season all ages stay. Pool area, bar and restaurant good, rooms average but clean. Set back from all bars so not noisy, 10 minutes walk to main part of san antonio. Will definitely go back out of season..

Stayed here for 11days mid August Hotel was lovely rooms were cleaned regularly and of a good standard compared to others I've stayed in Ibiza. Pool area was lively and we always got a sun lounger they also let you bring in your own drinks for during the day which was good. The breakfast included was basic and only on till 10am so we only made it once during our whole stay but the food in the bar was cheap and lovely (nuggets like mcdonalds) The security man at night was a bot weird and once took our speaker even tho we weren't playing music. The only had thing about this place is the half an hour walk to the strip and the bus centre which wasn't ideal or safe especially walking home after being in a club. The road up is poorly lit and we often felt unsafe and were followed by a man in a car one night. I wouldn't stay here again due to the location but if you don't mind being a bit further out its perfect.

Me and my friend stayed here the end of August, beginning of September for a week. The hotel on arrival was far nicer than I’d had imagined (expect the worse, then you’ll always be surprised!) greeted by pleasant reception staff, and clean modern decor. Room was pretty standard for a room, some wear and tear but to be expected for a room in Ibiza! Somewhere to put your head down. Decent size, and all you need. We had a front facing pool view, and was second from the highest floor.. great atmosphere in the evenings in the balconies! Loads of friends made. Pool area small, and obviously you have people reserving sun beds. That aside we always managed to get a sunbed each. Nice chilled vibes to recover from the night before! Lunch at the snack bar was always tasty and not too expensive, slushies with a shot of vodka good for hair of the dog. ;) Most of the staff were lovely, especially angel who always made us laugh at breakfast and around the pool. And the reception staff gave us a jug of cocktail on the house one evening due to lost luggage (wasn’t hotels fault but the airport) which was a nice gesture! Thank you. Only member of staff who was rather odd was the security, he came to our room the first night telling us to turn off our music? We were being to loud.. we had no music on? And had literally just started unpacking our luggage from check in? Really rude. He followed us to our rooms every evening, and was never friendly? We were to young girls, we never caused any bother? Just took a disliking I guess. Hotels location was very far from the strip, we got a taxi there and back most evenings as it was to much on foot! Especially after a few drinks. Not central at all. Overall experience was good though, I would stay here again if I was to return to Ibiza! And wouldn’t think twice about recommending the hotel to other friends. I would rate overall a 3 and a half stars :)

I was a bit worried as it was for younger than myself ,but although it was the end of the season, hotel was excellent, room very comfortable, had b&b was continental but there was plenty of choice, there bar food was very reasonable prices and very good portions, and pool area was very good,I think it may have been different in high season but I asked about their other hotels and I would stay there, don't know why ppl complained about rooms but I had a pool view, maybe I was just lucky but the reception staff where excellent when I had any question, if this is classed 2star I can't wait to stay in the other class hotel,

After reading some bad reviews on here, us group of girls were a little worried about staying here. On arrival we were greeted by an English speaking woman who was very helpful. She gave us our room keys and set us on our way. The rooms were ok, nothing flash or fancy but they done the job for 4 girls in the 20's on a wild holiday. Balcony's are quite small and the showers have a tendency to flood a little but easily cleaned up with the provided towels. Rooms are a decent size, but there is no fridge. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the west end and 20-25 from mambos. The pool area is very clean and you are able to drink alcohol around the pool all day. Some staff are quite rude but there are many others who are really helpful and lovely. Overall not a bad hotel, I would stay here again.

wouldnt stay again too noisy location and didnt realise it was so close to the road breakfast could of had a warm option sorry nothing else to say about the hotel except a little ambiance around the pool and too overlooked by other hotels

Staff were absolutely amazing and there was no faulting each and every one of them! We booked this hotel reading certain reviews expecting for what we payed for which was £230 for 5 days with bed and breakfast/ flights etc so we weren't expecting much but we didn't plan on staying in the hotel often. But when we got there we were pleasantly surprised at actually how nice it was. I don't know who rated this hotel but it should defiantly be a 3/4 star rating. The staff were always around to help, and some of them defiantly went above and beyond. I was particularly impressed with Angel and his customer service, and my friends absolutely loved the pool bar staff member. We were so impressed with the hotel cleanliness and cleaning staff. We always came back to a clean and tidy room. The food at breakfast is obviously standered toast/ yogurts/ fruit/ muffins and croissants and a lot more which was expected for the price and was absolutely fine. I would just like to thank every one of you for a perfect holiday and I will defiantly chose this hotel over any 4 star one Iv stayed in so far. The whole vibe was so relaxed and chilled and we felt so comfortable. We even spent a few nights in. It thank you for the perfect holiday.

Used this hotel for the closing parties weekend in Ibiza i.e. somewhere to sleep and get ready for going out and for that purpose it is perfect. It's clean, friendly and cheap. The not so positive things are: it's noisy, maybe take earplugs if noise is an issue - I don't mean the standard noise of other people, you can hear every step on the floors, the lift, constant dog barking, I even heard dogs howling at one point, the food isn't great but there's loads of supermarkets nearby and it overlooks what looks like a dumping ground - can't say I chose this hotel for the views. It's a bit of a walk to get to the beach, not massive but quite far from the strip but quite near ocean beach area. All in all, it was a decent budget option and there's free breakfast which is worth going down to for the coffee at least.
