Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting family. Owner very friendly but to be fair we didn’t see much of them afterwards as we were doing our own thing and had breakfast at Griggs on the beach. Large bedroom, comfy bed and clean linen / towels. They allow dogs in some rooms, best to call to check. If I want to be really critical yes there were some cobwebs around window in en-suite but the place was otherwise spotless. Easy to find with plenty of parking on site. Would recommend and stay again.
We stayed overnight for the first time, the owners were very friendly , the room was clean and very comfortable with a view out to sea which is only a short walk away, there was plenty of free parking, the breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice all freshly made, it was a very good stay and we will certainly look to stay here again when next in the area
The room and bathroom were both very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was nice, easy to walk places. Host was very friendly and whilst our room was not ready, gave us the key so we could have our day and come back when we were ready.
Stayed 1 night on our way to France, free parking which was great. Friendly staff on arrival, room was clean and what you would expect. Dinner in the restaurant was basic pub food cooked well and plentiful. Breakfast was good usual hot and cool buffet. 8 minutes away from tunnel, would definitely use again.
We stayed here for 3 nights and found the staff and owners very friendly and welcoming. Both our room and breakfasts were excellent with a good choice. Plenty of parking was also bonus here. Thanks for a lovely stay.
We were visiting my husbands cousin and this was the only B&B with vacancies, I now know why. We had Room No. 2. I don't know where to start. Ensuite had cobwebs everywhere, don't know the last time the owners cleaned it!!!! The shower door had broken and they had installed a shower curtain, hence the water went everywhere, the only heating in the bathroom was a rotten electric heater. The venetian blind was broken in the bedroom, it was a joke and then to top it all when we woke up on Sunday morning all the bed linen was stained. It made me feel sick to think we had slept in it. The only positive was the breakfast was good other than DO NOT STAY HERE.
I stayed here for 10 days... lovely place, clean, homey, smells nice, and super friendly owner... you have everything you here. And breakfast is my favourite.. the best mushroom ever... definitely will stay here again when im come back... ❤️❤️❤️
