The Hotel is located exactly opposite to Reliance Digitial Mall and warm welcome by the staff and the manager, the room was very neat and bath room too, the wifi was fine, the complimentary breakfast and night dinner very much delicious and we enjoyed the South Indian style dishes, the manager and the staff members were polite and hard workers.

I had gone to Hyderabad for Business Trip and stayed in this property for 2 days. I reached hotel in afternoon as my flight got delay in Delhi due to FOG. Good I was upgraded to Fortune Club Room and I had an amazing experience for both the days. Staff is courteous food served in Buffet Breakfast was very Good .Good service and very Polite staff. Will love to go there again. I have been staying in Goa property of Fortune in fact staying here was equally Good.

Checked into this hotel while I visited Hyderabad last week and was quite a nice property. Was there for a night only so could not explore much as had a morning flight to catch. I really liked the room and the washroom. They have got 2 dine in restaurant one on Ground floor and other On 5th floor. Gym is open 24x7 but when I went at 2pm, it was locked. While checking out I forgot some stuff in the room and no one from the hotel bothered to call or check. But overall a good experience.

Its a small ITC Brand hotel and they have maintained the standards. The rooms and washrooms are clean and hygienic. The decor and lighting of the room are perfect.. Washroom lacks amen ties, however, available immediately if you call housekeeping..

The hotel is functional, spacious rooms, but with better house keeping the place can be better maintained. The carpets are stained and bed linen did not feel fresh... creased...breakfast was good. Beware; hotel does not have provision of billing to company. On my last visit I had left back a book; which was promised to be sent by a then staff -Pooja; but it did never reach me... so much for hospitality....

service was too good. I really appreciate for the service they provided but only thing which annoyed me is for check in they made me wait for almost 30 mins.. later on we we in hurry to check out as we had a flight but these people again made us wait for almost 45 mins... they took almost of 1:30 mins of time just for check and check out.. which made us feel bad about the over all service

Recently i got to stay here for 2 nights and it was indeed a nightmare....right from start to end there were clear lacunae at every step. The cons being just one let me list it out first... Club Room is spacious,Silent and private but the rest was a nightmare indeed... 1. I had written a direct mail to the hotel for a best price quote. Got an immediate response within a few hours but found that the quote was way higher than their own website offers. 2. When I pointed it out through email and asked for clarifications, I did not get any reply. 3. After waiting for two days, went ahead with the reservation through the website which was very smooth indeed 4. Since i had wanted a late checkout, sent a mail quoting the reservation number stating if i could get confirmed late checkout. 5. For two days, inspite of reminders did not get any response. Then i called in and talked over the phone suggesting that i need to let go the reservation if the late checkout is not confirmed. 6. After a day, I got a mail stating that late checkout is confirmed. 7. Per the reservation, i was supposed to online transfer an advance of one night before 48hours of my checkin. But the transaction got declined at the hotel level everytime i tried for over a day. 8. Finally again called in the hotel and the lady was kind enough to suggest me to ignore the advance payment and to settle the bill completely in the hotel itself. 9. I land on the day of checkin. The front desk had no clue on my late checkout or other requests and they give me orally the rules of normal checkout etc. I reminded him to check their reservation records for confirmation on late checkout. 10. I had specifically requested at the time of reservation for higher floor rooms but was allotted a room in second floor 11. Next day Went for complimentary breakfast. Wow. The spread was too good. There were many items but strangely the taste was just not there on any item. May be the regular chef was on leave on that day or ... 12. When wished to take the cut fruits part of breakfast to the room, the service personnel suggested that he will send it right away but it took more than 2 hours and a couple of phone calls for it to be room delivered 13. On seeing the house keeping personnel in the lobby, asked for a couple of coconut oil sachets. He said it is not readily available in the cart but then he would just go to the store room and give it in the room. But then he never ever came back till I checked out a solid 6 hours later. 14. The lunch buffet was equally widely spread but taste was questionable. Even the plaza lounge in hyd airport offered more tastier dishes. 15. On day of check out, got a call from front desk and asking me the delay in checking out when i reminded that i had got confirmation on late checkout. After a couple of minutes of discussion, she finally accepted on the confirmation but then what a disrespect .... 16. Finally at the check out when the bill was generated as i was expecting it did not had the 20% discount on food/beverages offered to me as part of online booking by their website. 17. When i confronted, i was first told that they never offered nor have any records that had that offer. 18. Not losing my cool, i opened my mail and showed them the reservation confirmation having this discount. 19. With no answer, the personnel went inside the manager cabin and spent close to 10min and finally came back and saying that they are discounting the same. My gosh. Is this a fortune hotel in the first place? I have stayed across the world and many other fortune hotels and not a single place have i been given such a pathetic service at every other level. It is indeed a shame on the brand name. This place is just not fit for family stay. May be purely a business hotel with just no facilities whasoever but a restaurant. It was so small and the personnel were so tight and inexperienced in handling a star hotel. And with this type of impersonal service, even business customers would not come back .... Had paid a fortune hoping for the fortune brand but what i got overall was just not worth a penny of what i spent...

The service and ambience made my day. It was one of the best days of my life. Food is awesome. Memories of the stay never fade away. I love being there. Wish to visit again to experience the same royal hospitality.

Excellent place for stay bit away from Noise, fantastic place to be in, excellent & courteous staff, lovely food though limited spread in breakfast buffet, an excellent business hotel in very good rates

Stayed here for the first time and for one night and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel especially given that it is located in the midst of a concrete jungle. Everything about the room was nice i.e. well furnished, spacious and clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was quite delicious and sumptuous.Also, The location was perfect for my work.
