Good location. Room wasn't available when I tried to check-in at 1, so I had to go to an event. Got back at 11 pm. Staff complained that her replacement didn't show up, took me 20 minutes to check in as she kept taking phone calls and putting me on hold. There was a man sleeping on couch in main area, looked like a bum ;-)
Very dirty and unsanitary, there was dried blood on sheets, stains everywhere, the towels were dirty, the shower floor was not clean, we couldn't use almost anything. The room smelled of cigarette even though we requested a nonsmoking. If you're looking for a clean comfortable place this is not it. Absolute Zero stars.
Hotel linen was dirty or stained. The floors were dirty. My socks were full of dirt and hair.
Comfy bed and black,out curtains made for a good nights sleep, which is what I needed. Otherwise no frills- no breakfast or in room coffee.
I love the convenient location, as well as easy in and out.
It was extremely dirty..trash behind the nightstands and restroom was nasty
1. The bed sheets had numerous stains all over them. 2. The light fixture inside the shower was missing the light cover making this a safety hazard and unsafe. 3.The shower water handle was crack and broken. 4.The restroom door was broken from the handle. 5. The shower head was broken/missing a piece having you to hold the shower head in order to shower. 6. Thank God I looked before I touched it....but the hand towel hanging in the loop had someone’s dry booger on it. I told the Night front desk & morning front desk and they both did nothing in fact they still charged me full price I do not recommend this hotel at all to anyone. Thank goodness it was just for the night and not any longer I will never use them ever again This was room 126 Disability room.....traveled with my service dog I took pictures of all this...and showed them
