The hotel was okay. The staff were very rude. When we got our room cards only one worked had to ask for another one. The room had blood on the wall next to the light switch…there was a awful smell like the room hadn’t been cleaned after some one smoked in it. The refrigerator had a awful smell when it was opened up. You couldn’t open the windows because the cranks were removed. The screen frames were bent. We asked for more towels and the front desk guy only gave us two towels and they were so rough they had cigarette burns in them and were shot…they should of been thrown away. If I could of I would of requested my money back. They also advertised they had a continental breakfast and because of lazienest they never removed it due COVID. The stay was the worst.

Facility was nice, however, very dusty.

Room size was good. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, would have liked a larger pool & hot tub.

Nice for the money. Hotel was older themed thought it was unique!

TV was slow when changing channels, no extras blankets

We checked in late evening and the staff was great. The breakfast was delicious and a variety of items to choose from. Would recommend anyone to stay. It was convenient and close to shopping, restaurants .

When initially walking into the main lobby the hotel had a musty smell that did not portent a good experience. Upon checking into the room I immediately noticed bugs crawling on the ceiling. I then noticed bugs crawling on the drapes and the walls. I removed the bugs 10-12 and tried to flush them down the toilet. The toilet was clogged. So I went down to the front desk and got a plunger to free the toilet. The plunger did not unplug the toilet but it did however get water and toilet bowl material on my dress pants. These were the same pants that I had brought along for the wedding we planned on going to. Not a good experience at all. Should have asked for a refund or adjustment of some kind.

The Best Western Victorian Inn is now a Days Inn. Nothing has changed about this place in the last 10 plus years. Same décor and decorations. Needs some paint and TLC as it has in years. The restaurant is now the Eagles Club and open on Friday and Saturday nights. Internet service was not working, gave us the wrong room when we got we got there. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and there was only one and had to change rooms. Continental Breakfast is a joke and serves exactly the same stale boxed rolls and donuts everyday. I cannot really recommend this hotel unless you are stopping there on your way through town and just need a quick overnight place to stay.

Options were limited in Hutchinson when I booked this room or I wouldn't have stayed at a Days Inn. Our Room was spacious, but did not have a window, so we couldn't see outside. It had French doors that opened to a loft, open to the public. This motel was dark and dreary and outdated. Beds very firm. Musty moldy odor throughout the lobby and rooms. The staff were not friendly; for example, when we went to the "continental breakfast" at 10:00 am, when it was ending, the room was full of guests and the front desk person snapped at us when we were grabbing coffee and told us we were too late in a condescending way. The breakfast looked bleaker than I had seen at other hotels/motels anyway so we didn't feel like we were missing out. The housekeeping staff woke us up two days in a row yelling down the hall to each other gossiping about departed guests, "The guy in 221 didn't even take a shower the whole time he was here!" Save your money and stay somewhere else.

We reserved a suite overnight for Easter weekend. We had no problems with checking in or out. The room was clean and very nice. It is also a pet friendly hotel and we had absolutely no problems. The downside was the loud music from the adjacent bar provided by a mediocre band. It was a little difficult to hear the staff go over room details, and the other downside was no elevator which would have made our stay a lot easier. Overall a good value and convenient. We would recommend it to all.

My family and I stayed at this hotel while we were apartment shopping in Hutchinson. The decorations of the hotel were a little out dated but I assume that's why they called it "Victorian" style. The beds were a little hard but everything was clean as expected. The staff was super awesome and answered all our questions. Breakfast the next morning was enjoyable and didn't lack options to choose from. This hotel had a karaoke area and bar for people searching for a little entertainment.

I have never been to Minnesota. This was a first time to attend a wedding. I did research for the closest decent hotel to Fairfax. To my surprise when I arrived to this hotel close to midnight - the front desk person was not friendly. By the time, I climbed into bed - I found a roach alive under the sheets. Called the front desk to request for new sheets - instead he only came up to check out the insect. How disrespectful! I checked out six hours later and when I tried to a new front desk person wanted to charge me extra. This was an awful experience. Never again will I be checking in at a Best Western hotel!!!

very relaxed.

Very nice hotel. Clean and attractive. But did not like the beds. Too hard and uncomfortable. Also, was noisy, but, for a short time, so staff must have reprimanded them. We are looking in going back again in Dec for holiday gathering with families.
