When I checked into the hotel I saw that the hotel in the front liked just like the website. When I was given the key to my room I noticed the hallways were dirty. When I opened my room the floor was not vacuumed very well and there was trash left in the cans.I went to the front to inform them off what I saw so he offered me another room. That room was sooooooo far and the hotel was very creepy. The gentleman said if I parked in the back he would have to leave a rock between the door because my room key would not open the door from the outside and it was very dark around the entire property. That room was not as clean either, then finally we get a room and there was a dog collar behind the bed and a screw on the floor. It was late so we stayed. The next day I left, and I was going to stay two nights. I tried to get a refund but no one would answer the hotel's phone. Come to find out we were one of two guest they had that night. The breakfast was horrible. Do not, I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!#

I bought a room with a sofa bed they put me in a room with just a king size bed. She told me she couldn't change my room the next day and I still didn't get what I paid for

Needs new carpet and a good cleaning. The sheets didn't feel clean, but not sure if its from the humidity.

No vending machines. ice machine broken. pool not open in July. no one at front desk.

We stayed at this hotel over Thanksgiving weekend. The hotel seemed to have changed hands in the not distant past, and several details indicated that it was not being kept up well. While the staff was helpful at times, they mostly seemed bored. With the holiday weekend, the hotel was empty. Once I had to roam for about 5 minutes to find the desk clerk. The management needs to pay attention to several details of upkeep. The hallway carpets were filthy and looked to not have been vacuumed in some time. The shrubs were all overgrown (ironic since it is called a Garden inn). The pool was green with algae (and while its winter, you still don't expect to see it green). All of the exterior entrance locks were broken, so you had to make the long walk from the front entrance. My mother who was traveling with us is handicapped, and they placed us at the rear of the property (again, on an empty weekend). This made for a long walk to the room every time. Lastly, the room which was advertised as handicap-accessible was barely in that it had a couple of handholds on the walls. Overall I would recommend that the management pay a lot more attention to maintenance details.

In Huntsville for a colleage's retirement. Best feature of hotel is location mid-point from airport to the military arsenal west of town. Staff was OK. Room slightly better than average. Biggest disappointment was lack of an included breakfast, which is pretty standard for this class of hotel at this price point.

Older, items in room not totally cleaned, light bulb out, bed adjustment did not work, friendly staff but not super professional food server at night couldn't find me a menu, although every room has one.

The Madison Radisson is in the process of upgrading the property after many years of neglect. the progress is apparent since my last stay there 2 months ago. The room was fine except the Sleep Number bed did not work well. Breakfast was good. And the staff was accommodating. The real story, however, is in Dedra Bevel, the Front Office Manager....she is everywhere....all of the time. She is tireless in her efforts to make sure the guests have a pleasant stay. She is a real asset to the property. My stay was much more pleasant this trip than the last. I plan to return to the Madison Radisson on my next trip.

The hotel is very nice, after recent renovation. Personnel is very attentive, room was clean and comfortable. We spent time at the pool, also clean, with available unlimited towels. Overall I was very satisfied with facilities and service. I would recommend it to a friend.

The desk staff, especially Kate, was wonderful. The facility is older, no elevator - interesting lugging baggage up the stairs! And then there was the shower head that came loose when I tried to adjust the spray. Loose, as in spraying water out the joint at the ceiling. Luckily I was able to give it a temporary fix. Gave me a funny travel story to tell!

I was really impressed with this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was wonderful. And the hotel was clean. The location of this hotel was perfect. Everything is really close. I will definitely stay there again.

Clean, bed is very comfty. The breakfast is great. Staff is freindly

very clean, bed is comfty. staff is friendly breakfast is great

Very clean, comfortable bedding, flat screen tv, and the breakfast was great...Friendly staff and shuttle was a plus....

Room was sufficient, nothing special. Carpets needed a good vacuuming (wrappers and other things noticeable between the bed and night stand). Bed (sleep number bed) was very uncomfortable (lumpy). The breakfast was phenomenal, excellent staff (Ms. Anna is a special person). The breakfast made the trip.

I had a pleasant visit, the restaurant food was very good.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful; great breakfast; very convenient to the airport and Madison; comfortable rooms with adjustable bed firmness-all at a great price.

We were on our way to North Carolina and needed a rest point between destinations. This was perfect for that.

It was very enjoyable and convient to attractions as well.
