Stayed two nights, spent first day visiting, second night arose early to continue my journey.

Was only there for 1 night but would definitely recommend for multiple nights. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc. It's cheaper to eat in!

Clean, helpful staff, comfortable beds...would have been perfect had the pool been open.

This hotel was good overall. The location was central to many of the stores and other things that we wanted or needed. The only thing that was lacking was the way they took care of our room while we were out. The maid service was suppose to have done a lite cleaning (pick towels & pick things up). This didn't happen but we told the evening clerk,(Jan) and she made sure we had everything we needed or ask for in our room when we got back that evening

My only problem with the hotel, was very hard to find as it is behind so many other places, and you couldnt focus on the hotel from the road.

my wife and i are in are 60 ,they gave use a room on the 2nd floor and the hotel does not have a elavator.the vaule is good if you don't want shampoo and soap in your room. the room key does not work on the side doors of the holtel

Your hotel made a difficult trip more comfortable and gave me and my family 1 less thing to worry about. Thank you!

Was very impressed with the cleanliness and price! Asked for a non-smoking room. There was absolutely no odor of cigarette smoke. Will definitely stay again! Front desk staff was very friendly!

Check in was slow, had to wait for clerk to arrive. Room was neat and clean. No shampoo, just soap. No hair dryer. Air conditioner took a little work to adjust. Had fridge and microwave. Overall, good value, just not 5 star. I'd stay again.

Was in town for a friend's wedding. Check-in was the only time I ever saw a staff member but they were very friendly. The room was very clean, although we did have water pressure issues with the shower only. Location in Decatur is very convenient, and several local restaurants offered discounts if you presented your room key. The room also had a fully stocked kitchen. Overall, considering the price, the room was a great value and perfect for our 4 day stay.

we fished in nearby waters, participated in a bowling tour. in Hartsville. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and wash cloths. There was plent of dishes silver and cooking untinsels. It would have been nice to havc a small table or stand on both sides of the bed. The only other neg. was the person in the room above, I think he had lead shoes on. The staff was both friendly and helpful and I would give them an A+

Comfortable, clean hotel with plenty of amenities--kitchenette, microwave, fridge, dishes. Also a pool and hot tub. Nice people, and the price was right. A good value.

The room was very, very clean. There was a stove, fridge, microwave, dishes, etc. in the room and everything was spotless. It was very quiet - I heard no noise while was there. Also, I felt very welcomed by the staff and safe while I was there.

better than i expected

great clean hotel. will recommend it to everyone i know . it like home away from home with very friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. We had 3 grandchildren with us and they enjoyed the pool area every day of our 8 day stay. Great plce to grill out and spend the evening after a full day of vacationing in the area.

the hotel was located close to Huntsville and the Space Center. There was lots of little places to visit while we were there. The beds were wonderful and you just didn't want to get up. The refrigerator came in handy and we were amazed at the fully equiped little kitchen. The pool was small but big enough. The hottub was nice also. It was a wonderful trip and we will do it again soon

We only wanted to get away from home for a couple of days and didn't want to drive very far. We had never stayed at Home-Towne Inn before and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The rooms come with a kitchenette which was very nice for the budget. There were constuction crews that "lived" there for many months at a time but the hotel was not "crowded". The pool was small but wonderful and the hot spa tub next to it was great! It was so quiet it was hard to believe we were right on the Beltline. Everything was well taken care of, inside and out. The staff was very nice and accomodating with any thing we needed. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shopping and dining very convenient as you have many places for both within a couple of miles. The only down side was that there is no elevator for the two story hotel and the upstairs hallway had a heavy cigarette smoke smell. (We had a non-smoking room). We had some laundry to do the morning after check in and found that the staff was using the 3 washers and 2 dryers available for guests and my husband had to empty a washer and dryer after their loads were done so ours could get done. [...] All in all we had a great couple of days and will definitely go back again! Highly recommend.

One thing that was missing that I really expected a hotel to have was an ice machine, and a hair dryer in the room.. Also this hotel has multiple floors and no elevator. The best thing is it was clean and smelled nice. The bed was had and uncomfortable. I have never checked out of a hotel and had to leave the key in the room because the office was not open at 8am in the morning. This was tacky.

This is a lovely hotel to stay at. The rooms are good size and were very clean. The pool are was clean except the swimming pool could have used a bit of a scrub at the water line. Great hot tub. At check in we were given a smoking room, but they changed the room for a non smoking room with no problem. They also charged our credit card for the room that we had already paid for via Orbitz, but when we pointed out the mistake they refunded our credit card. The staff was cordial and friendly and helped us with suggestions about places to eat and shop.
