The rooms were old and dirty. The walls needed repair. The mattress was old and needed replacing. The fitted sheet was pulled up from the corner and I couldn’t fix it either because the sheet was the wrong size or the bed was not made correctly. The pillows were thin and I needed two just to raise my head off of the mattress sufficiently. There was a gap at the bottom of the door that appeared to be between 1/2 and 3/4 inch. This motel definitely needs a complete overhaul from the top to bottom.

Brown substance on the bathroom wall next to toilet. Without close inspection, it closely resembles human excretions. Room was not properly cleaned and inspected before releasing it to a new guest

They couldn’t find my reservation tried to charge me 120.00 when my res was got . I left and went to a different hotel. The customer service at your hotel does not exist. I will never book with days inn again. Rude unhelpful an very unprofeshional. Thank you

This was a terrible property and not at all what we were expecting. We did not even end up staying we imediatly checked out. The first room we were giving was disgusting everything was dirty and unmade and there were empty bottles of alcohol everywhere. The second room we were given was hardly better we decided to cut our loses because no refund was available and leave.

It was dirty and the cleaning people did not leave new towels and took the old ones. It was run down and not well ran.

When we got to our room, there were at least 10 flies in the room; we had to get a can of raid to get rid of them. The bed had clean sheets, but the top comforter had cigarette burns on it. The room was dated with furniture that should have been replaced at least five years ago. The bathroom was awful. The bathtub had obviously been repaired, and by someone who didn’t know what they were doing. The shower head looked nasty. The toilet was usable....if you put a layer of toilet paper down first. We were supposed to stay five nights, but only ended up staying one. It took us four days, an argument with the owners and a look at their security tapes to get our money back.

Hotel staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable and clean but the carpet wasn't vacuumed, there were ants in the drain and walls, flies everywhere, and the carpet was torn and pulled up. Old dingy walls and cracked, missing tiles everywhere. Room definitely needed a remodel.

Rooms are in much need of repairs & updating. They are old & dirty. Smell musty. It appeared that some guests are living there on a full time basis & were loud, slamming doors, & drinking well past 1am. We will not be returning to this hotel. Only benefit, free breakfast before heading back out on the road.

The people are always very nice and accommodating. If there's anything that needs attention in the room I let them know and they are appreciative of that.

we rented a non smoking room and we were given a smoking room. there were burn holes in the bedding and burn marks on the counters and the table. our floors had not been cleaned or moped, there was something very sticky on the tile and brown looking liquid around and on the toilet. the shower was so filthy that we had to wear shower shoes to take a shower. The room smelled so bad that everything we brought in smelled just like it when we left. when we went down in the morning to have the free breakfast it consisted of 2 different cereals and a gallon of milk that was in a small fridge. when I spoke to the reception about the non smoking room that we had rented he blamed the website we reserved from and said they did that to get their commission. I told them about the room being filthy and he offered nothing, not a im sorry or anything he said it was because they had hired a new cleaning girl and it was her fault. Needless too say it was an awful experience and it is very unlikely I will reserve another room online again.

The staff was good. The hotel is in a great location. Never saw any lurkers or questionable people hanging around. I was allowed to check in a few hours early which was a tremendous help as I had just travelled 12 hours overnight with an 8 month old child who was more than ready to be out of his car seat. I requested a non smoking room. Double beds. Which I got. There were no foul odors. The refrigerator was clean. The microwave didn't smell. The mattresses were brand new and very comfortable. The problems however... There were areas that needed a better clean. Such as the dust crusted ironing board that also had badly stained cloth. Most people charge their phones by the bed so an accessible outlet would have been nice. There was one outlet behind one headboard. Which went to the alarm clock and the lamp. I needed the one for the lamp but the clock cord was clamped to the outlet making it inaccessible. The nearest outlet by the door would not hold the plug and kept falling out. The only available outlet was in the bathroom. The room furniture really needs to be updated. The chair cloth was badly stained. The bedding itself was completely awful and my biggest complaint. I am entirely convinced that they simply made the bed after the last people stayed in the room and didn't even change the bedding. There were odd stains (fresh as if not washed). No fitted sheets. Just some weird pad that laid over mattress. When slept on it just slid around everywhere. I've never seen such strange bedding in a hotel. I stripped the beds down. Me sleeping on it is one thing but an 8 month old child, no. I went out and bought sanitizer just because I felt like they didn't thoroughly clean that room before my early check in. (I did actually see them cleaning other rooms later.) There were no 'do not disturb' signs to hang on the door. Would have been helpful as the staff liked to beat on the door when my child was sleeping. Bedding was really my only complaint. The price could stand to be a bit cheaper for the quality. Because this is quite obviously a highly travelled hotel with the horse arena being 2 miles up the road. It is also just a step off the highway. Making it more popular. It is an overall safe hotel though. There was remodeling going on in the main office and the mattresses were brand new. So they are keeping up with parts of it. I will stay there again but hope the bedding is in better shape next time. Room cleanliness and comfort would have gotten 5 marks had it not been for the dirty weird bed clothes.

Stayed one night on our travels. Room was clean, looked like new refrigerator and beds. We paid a low rate and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and size of room

The staff did not try and help with us anything! The breackfest had nothing out! not even plates or cups! No bowls!

We attended the Festival of the Cranes at Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge. The motel was only minutes from the festival and close to I-65. The room was clean and the right size for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there next time we visit the area.

everything was as advertised....except. the free continental breakfast. It was awful! no waffle mix-none. had never been put out. no wheat bread except 2 heels. mini doughnuts from a convience store! sorry coffee-no creme--none. other people came in and looked then just walked away without eating anything. I'm not sheap.. I went up the street and paid for a decent breakfast. I will never stay at that chain again!

Everybody in the work force was very Helpful and professional. Room was super...Clean and well maintained. Even tho I had to drive almost 400 miles to get here it was well worth the peace of mine from the Storm. Will keep it in mind if I ever have to evacuate again. When I wanted to extend my stay for an extra 3 days it as No Problem!!!

We felt like we could not take our shoes off and walk around the room was that nasty we did not sleep because it felt very creepy so we will not stay at this location again it was not good at all

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. Unlike the 1800's, when hotel reservations were made by writing a letter to the hotel, today, things are faster, but also much more complicated. We apologize for the inconvenience of arriving to find your reservation was not in our system. This happens at hotels in the modern era, regardless of price or star rating, because of the massive computer infrastructures involved in the processing of global hotel reservations. Experts are always hard at work to ensure it happens as infrequently as possible.

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. It sound like we must have inadvertently assigned you a room that had not been cleaned by housekeeping since the previous guest checked out. This is a clerical error with huge downside consequences, and we will work even harder to train our staff to avoid this error in the future.
