Won't allow early check in. The staff is rude and don't care about their customers. The fitness center was supposed to open at 9 a.m. which is very late but couldn't access it. The hot water was turned off due to boiler maintenance. Customers were not told. Could not take a shower. Don't stay here.
Our room still had food on the floor and the walls were dirty
I had the misfortune of staying here with my family on July 14 & 16. The check in was easy as was the parking. The rooms were somewhat clean. There was a bag of chips on the floor in the closet and the towels, which were supposed to be white, were a dingy gray and the floors had a film on them that creeped us out.
Nothing is unique about this property , it’s just convenient located near stores and places to eat . This property is old and run down , has roaches and poorly insulated doors and windows . Sounded like I slept right in the Main Street .
The property is very clean. I upgraded to the balcony suite. Only problem is that the balcony was right on beach blvd which is a busy road. Was very peaceful late at night. Overall great place to stay!

The place had roaches enough said . Didnt get my room cleaned once. No breakfast as stated. Just an over all bad experience
The rooms are on the outside. I like them on the inside.
Everything was very clean. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of food. There was also plenty of parking. The location is easy to find.
Very noisy and rooms are tiny......rather pay more and go elsewhere

Hello,Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for your inconvenience. Early check-in are allowed based on availability and I do see that you were informed that we did not have rooms ready at the time you attempted to check-in. The fitness room does open at 9 AM and a separate key is used to access which our guests sign out at the front desk. Hot water maintenance was out of our control but we did contact all guests and did fix the issue within a timely manner.
