We had paid reservations for two rooms for May 9th - May 11th Due to weather delays we came to check in at 2:00 am May 10th and were told they were sold out, but our reserved rooms were occupied. They gave us no recourse other than "we are sorry"
Room was not clean and it seemed like the towels were smelly. Bed was uncomfortable. The milk was finished at the breakfast but there was no one to help bring new milk there.
This hotel is convenient to IAH and has free shuttle service. That is the main draw. Clean and comfortable enough room. If you just need a place to stay overnight, this works.
They were very unorganized. ..check in took forever & the toilet would not flush and the sheets had residue from the previous guest.
