The property was off the beaten path and not quite so busy. They also had a huge breakfast each morning along with a bar and another option for dinner.
Location was good but lobby is small - also there were hidden charges for smoking without informing the guest .
Complimentary Welcome drinks upon arrival would be awesome.

We arrived at 4pm and room was not ready. They immediately went beyond. Firstly they invited us to have some drinks until room was ready. Later, they sent us a note apologizing followed by a cake. Upon check out they apologize again. In summary they did not take this issue lightly.
Staff was very friendly and willing to answer all our questions. Located close to Metro and Tram stops. Great bed!

The hotel was very modern and new. It was quite a walk from most of the sights in Amsterdam. At least a mile every time we went somewhere, sometimes at least 2 miles. The bathroom was large and beautiful, but I had hoped for a soaking tub, which it did not have.

This is a great hotel to stay in during your trip to Amsterdam. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was wonderful with a rain shower head and a wand. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help when needed. The Indonesian restaurant in the hotel was delicious and I highly recommend ordering the rice table to share!
Great hotel Close to everything (museums, red-light district, new market)
This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with excellent tram access to the museums and Old Town Amsterdam. There is an upscale grocery store right across the street and a handful of quiet neighborhood restaurants nearby. We liked the energy of visiting the tourist locations during the day and then returning to our quiet, comfortable hotel.
