My husband and I stayed in a hot tub room for a weekend get away. The hot tub was really tight for two people to be in but all the jets and everything functioned. The room wasn't cleaned very well and you could tell they don't get in all the nooks and crannies when they clean. Our comforter had dust on it but we never use the top cover anyway. The room needs to be updated and the cleaning staff could use some more training. I requested extra towels and a high floor room. I didn't get either of those things so that was a bit frustrating. Breakfast was your normal hotel breakfast. The pool water was cold so we didn't even use it. The best thing about this hotel was the front desk workers who were all really nice. The worst thing for me was the beds. We left in the middle of the night because of how uncomfortable they were. Overall I would try it again if they updated the hotel and did some staff training.

Short stay, good experience. thats all i can say thanks

The first room we went to had a leaking toliet, we were given the room next door. There wasn't anything special about the room. Everything worked okay, and it was relatively clean. It was an okay hotel to spend one night. We did have our dogs with us, and it was only $10 extra per dog.

We were making a long roadtrip. By about midnight, we were too tired to keep driving so we looked for a hotel off of the turnpike and the Baymont fit the bill. We checked in at zero dark thirty and the guy at the desk, after hearing of our situation, said he would set us up with a room near one of the exits so that we could park nearby and offload our stuff easily, though it was on the second floor, so as to avoid some hallway noise. That was thoughtful of him. The next morning, there was a continental breakfast, same as other hotels at this level. Staff was friendly checking us out and we were on our way.

Room was clean but A/C was noisy constantly. Would not change our room. refused to do anything to repair or fix A/C. Food was at best a day old! Not good and no enjoyment. Very few tables to sit at had to hold onto our plates to eat while standing. Not a good place to stay. Pool was cold and not clean! Late night service desk person was great...Day time service desk personal were horrible....no sense of customer service or a desire at all to help. Do not stay here....Plenty of other locations close by that are better!

The room is clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but just fine. We came and stayed for the PGA golf weekend. There isn't anything else at this exit, but you aren't very far from restaurants. Breakfast in the morning was a bonus.

The rooms were very clean and Comfortable. Staff was very friendly and Breakfast was good. I will stay here again!!

Couldn't find the office. It was in back of building.bathroom had mold and hairs. cigarette burns were on DVD and ice bucket. Not clean and lighting was dim, hiding dirtyness.

For the price that we paid for this hotel, i could not possibly ask for more. Hot breakfast, indoor pool, nice sized room, clean, huge bathrooom. I have stayed in hotels half as good as this one and paid three times the price. Note: I think they changed the roads around this hotel. Our GPS told us to take an exit that did not exist. We could see the hotel a stones throw away, but couldnt get to it. We went up 8 to the next exit and turned around and came back. There WAS an exit on that side of the road. A very minor inconvenience when compared to the overall hotel experience. If we are ever in that area again and need a hotel, I would definitely check this place out again.

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Located right off the Ohio Turnpike. Would stay there anytime

GPS from Interstate 80 East tells you to get onto State Highway 8 North. Wrong. Needs to be South. New construction past year changed how to get there. Hard to find. Too bad hotel didn't provide a map of how to get back to them. Stayed 4 days. Took 3 days to figure out the roads. However, the price is well worth the hassle.

We had a wedding to go to and it was in the perfect location to get to the wedding and close to Cleveland Hopkins airport. Friendly, good breakfast, and clean room. Quiet and calm to sleep and work in. Enjoyed our three day stay!

We went to visit family. Good location near shopping, restaurants and my family. The room was clean. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good - just a lot of carbs to pick from. The pool was nice too. I will stay there again next summer when we go to visit my family again.

it was a good place for a stop over . a little off the beaten path . the staff was friendly and helpful and let me check in a little early as the room was ready. the coffee and toast ceral were nice to have in the morning. would stay again if I was travling through that area

was very clean. nice breakfast. pool water was warm

We had a wonderful time in Cleveland! A lot of great things to see and do. This Baymont Inn was about perfectly located between the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Many stores and restaurants just north of hotel, none within walking range. Nice, reasonable, clean rooms with a pool and breakfast included!

Basically, I was commuting from Chicago to DC. This hotel was the midway point for me during my commute. I mainly choose to stay at this hotel because they allowed pets for an extra $10 per night. Overall, this hotel is basically a standard hotel for people commuting through Ohio and need a decent place to get some rest. The hotel was clean, water pressure was weak, Free Wifi, and Decent Breakfast to get you on your way. No major compliments at all.

We had a good stay there. We picked this place because it was close to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. One this I asked them about was to turn up the heat for the indoor pool. It was pretty cool. Our stay was fine - but our friends who were staying in the next room had a problem with their mattress. When we asked the manager about it, he gave us a lot of attitude - telling us there was no problem - and did nothing. The corporate offices were very apologetic about the incident and followed up promptly. Breakfast was good.

Really enjoyed my stay everything was really clean. Shower head did not have enough pressure . :-(

The Baymont represents good value for being right off the Ohio Turnpike. My family and I were driving from DC to Michigan for a wedding and needed to crash overnight. We found this place right along our route and for cheap ($70 after tax). Staff was friendly even for a 1am check-in. The next morning, we got free continental breakfast- wasn't spectacular but it was free. The room was big and we got 2 queen beds, which makes a big difference over 2 full beds!
