Owners were extremely rude and unwilling to help. Hotel was overbooked and they tried to issue me a dirty room.
Blood everywhere on carpet inside amd outside. Rude customer service. Prostitutions comes and goes in the suites (side job late time at nigjt from the male reception) Location is dangerous. Not clean at all blood on sheets. No service at all even if you asked for it.
Worse place to go to. I visited from out of State. I had to wait over 40minutes after the check in time. They claim my room was still undergoing cleaning. When I finally got to the room, it smelled like raw bleach but still nothing was clean. The microwave was dirty with food splashes. I requested for someone to come clean and I was told there is no housekeeping due to covid. I requested for sponge and dish soap and I was told they will check to see if they have any and bring it to me and that never happened. This place smells like cegarate. The worse is roaches. Damn!! I wish I could upload pictures. There were dead reached in the cabin area and live roaches show up when they smell food. Worse place to go. DON’T GO THERE!!!
VERY NASTY ROOMS DIRTY BED SHEETS, TOWELS AND WHEN I FLUSHED THE TOILET WATER STARTED LEAKING THROUGH THE CARPET WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I CHANGED ROOMS AND BOTH WERE DISGUSTING!

Upon check in, the police were called for a troubled tenant. After an hour of waiting, after being advised that there are other places I could go even though I had already paid through the website, I was checked in. The first room had a gash/tear in the ceiling, the bedroom and bathroom light didnt work, bathroom amenities werent met- no shampoo, condintioner, soaps, and one towel, and the shower was not clean. I had booked my travel 2 days prior. Staff/Owner were pleasant and understanding for me to move rooms, helping me with my luggage and making sure everything was okay. On entry to the 2nd room, we had to kill 3 roaches but the room looked cleaner in comparison. Both fridges were stained yellow brown though so I wasnt comfortable using the kitchen, especially with all the roach droppings with the utensils. Hallways smelled heavy of smoke/marijuana and it seems people live there. I saw a family of 4 move out one of the days I was there. Housekeeping seems to be non-existant. Place is good for being in a tight spot but yikes. Ah, and when I was being sexually harrassed right at the front doors of the hotel and in the lobby, staff shrugged and said it was an every day occurence.

Booked a room in Houston through Orbitz for the holiday weekend. Confirmation was confirmed however a hr before i arrive to hotel from Okla. I recieved a phone call from hotel saying they are canceling my reservation because they didnt have a house keeper. Tried contacting orbitz but to no avail. And to think ive been using orbit since 2016.

Counters and bathroom were clean, the floors needed a vacuum and the cabinets needed an inside wipe down. Bed was comfortable, I'm 62, and the AC was good. The icemaker was good. Bring your own heavy skillet, other pans fine. It was nicely quite. 3.5 out of 5
Worst hotel I ever stayed in roaches TV's don't work AC doesn't onwer is careless to your complaints no towels no sheets no house keeping room and refrigerator was nasty police being called everyday drama stay at your own risk
It was flying roaches in my room! On top of that they wanted a one hundred and fifty dollar deposit which wasn’t mentioned when I booked and no one was never at the desk it’s was a sign saying currently helping another customer. I specifically told them I needed my room checked before my Uber arrived no one could be found at the desk almost miss my Uber to my flight smh my first room I had to move the bed wasn’t made and the pillows were on the table and the second rooom had no face towels and I was told I had to wait til they washed some lol horrible service for a vacation
Where do i start room was dirty, no towels , pool was closed, no toilet paper, i made reservations for a king size bedroom they only had queen available it sucked big time

Stayed for 4 nights hotel and did not have internet. We were told by front desk they were not sure when it would be available.
The building itself,although relatively clean did not have working wi-fi,the pool was closed and the “breakfast” was borderline disgusting.Also,the whole second floor reeked of weed.I am not the type to leave negative reviews,but this was bad.
