Red Roof Inn Houston East

On my last 16 hour working day at this Red Roof, I returned my room to find my alarm clock and $20 worth of frozen dinner, Starbucks for the next day and cokes gone. I came back four days later, after telling them. Desk clerk said she couldn't find it and that the management wasn't in. They stole my stuff and they didn't care then or later.

I didn't like the hotel cause too many bad people.maybe cause it's just a bad part of town.ran out of hot water

The place is exactly what you imagine the price your paying for. It has a roof, parking spot, and the door locks. But at least it's better than Motel 6 down the road.

It was a great hotel experience we had, can't wait to do it again! !

room was clean. staff accomadated us. we were traveling with a 5mo old infant. they provided us with a crib and upon request they provided us with a refrigerator so i could keep my daughters food cold. the only thing i didnt like their morning breakfast wasnt open long enough

Our room was a good size and had everything we needed. It could have been a little cleaner - the bedside table had residue of something sticky. Other than that, it was fine. Continental breakfast was adequate - all in all a decent room for a lower priced hotel.

I would rate this hotel 2 star not recommend.

The hotel was fine accept for the Clientele was mostly pipeline and oil rig folks so my wife really did not want to go into or sit by the pool, I would not recommend it for a vacation spot. We were on a business trip so it was OK but stained carpeting and chairs made it kind of gross. Security was good.
