So I made reservations with this hotel after being stuck at the airport. When the shuttle driver came to get us he was rude and upset. He complained how he has been up for 48 hrs. He had a sign in the shuttle saying that tips are welcome. Upon arrival, the manager ignored us at the counter and proceeded to do whatever she was doing. The Hotel had leaks down in the breakfast bar area. My room began to leak and they never came to check on it. The rooms never got cleaned. They left the trash in the hallway. The manager checked me out even before 11am. I still could not leave because of the flood. They came up the next day and asked for payment even though they had my credit card on file. They refuse to give me fresh towels. Told me I had to turn in the dirty ones. I mean if house keeping can check for money, they could have replace dirty towels with clean ones. I am thankful for having somewhere to be during my displacement. But you can treat your guests with dignity in times of crisis. I was not rude because I understand they have family and homes as well.

You would think the front desk would tell you the elevator was out of service. instead they let you stand there trying to figure out why the door doesnt open after going up. then let you go up and down the stairs that are locked. then the room door doesnt unlock. Towels are falling apart and the hotel carpet stinks like stale hair spray.

We booked this hotel really quickly to survive an airport overnight layover. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean. The king bed was really comfortable. There was a slight old smell when we first got in the room, but was easily taken care of after turning on the AC. The free airport shuttle is awesome!

The location is great for being close to the airport. I was in town for an interview with an airlines so it was perfect. The shuttle is very very helpful and so is that staff! The room is decent for a quick stay. A few things were not to par but other than that i got my money's worth.

We had an early flight into Houston so we called the hotel to see if we could check in early and they let us check in over 5 hours early. As for the hotel itself, it's simple and has the basic amenities you'd expect from a 3 start hotel.

the hotel is alright for the price. very close to the airport with a decent breakfast buffet. the room is not very comfortable, but you can't expect much for 50-55$ per night.

All the staff was friendly, and great customer service. Convenient location for food, and shuttle bus. Overall was excellent, but I kept smelling mans cologne on the blanket! I'm not sure because didn't get rid of the smell during the laundry or they used again. I didn't feel present. Anyways, I pulled clean sheet underneath.

Unleveled floors, bed smelled like it had been sprayed with disinfectant.( I slept on top of the bedspread). The ironing board looked like someone spilled numerous drinks and food on it. The sink literally was arms reach from the front door making me feel like I was in a dorm room. Tv had to be adjusted to the correct signal feed every time it was turned on. Vending machines had maybe 5 items, and there was no actual bar tender the bartender seemed to be the front desk agent. Hotel shuttle rear ac was not working, and the hotel wifi was easy to find. Apparently there is free wifi but when your device opens up for the wifi you get about 15 Ramada names starting and 1 and in succession. overall I rate this place 2 on a scale of 1-5.

My kids and I enjoy everything about the stay and the pool,

I came to visit NASA. The hotel staff was excellent. The lounge bartender was excellent also.

I've stayed in some pretty shady joints in my time, but this place takes the cake. The staff was very friendly, I will give them that, but they were pretty incompetent. The elevator broke, and it seemed to be beyond their ability to do something about it. The side-door card reader also broke during my stay, and I never saw it get fixed before I left (I stayed 2 inglorious nights). I was in a smoking room, which is fine, but the place stank to high heaven...and not just of smoke. The bathroom was not clean, the shower was built for someone about 5 feet tall, and it has to be the smallest bathroom I have ever seen...you could barely get the door closed without hitting yourself doing it. The maid came very early in the morning to clean the room, knocking at (I think) 7-something in the morning. I told her to come back later since I was still trying to sleep. I even told the front desk about it and requested a room cleaning when I left the hotel. When I got back later it was apparent that no maid ever set foot in the room. There is one elevator and it is right by the lobby, so unless you love dragging luggage up the stairs that's all you can use. Wherever you park doesn't matter much so the side doors are pretty useless since that elevator is right in the middle of the first floor. The closer you can park to the front entrance the better. And the parking is pretty lousy so keep that in mind. The room had an incredibly loud air conditioner. It would cycle on and off to keep the room cool (it did a good job of that at least), but it was so loud when it came on it would startle me out of a rather solid sleep. The bed was very big and very comfortable. That was the only real positive about this place. There is pretty much nothing outside of this hotel but a Hot Biscuits restaurant (not a bad place). You would have to walk three blocks to get to the nearest convenience store. The sidewalks along the road in front of the hotel, if you can call them that (more like deer trails) are almost completely overgrown with grass and weeds and covered in trash. Not a good location. Just one last time I want to emphasize that the staff was very friendly and outgoing. But it just wasn't enough to make up for how bad this place was. If you are looking to save money on a hotel room in Houston near the airport, I'd look somewhere else.

The parking rate and policy is significantly more expensive than Ramada East on the other side of the airport. I asked about the first shuttle in the morning at 5. The clerk said to be 15 minutes early because it fills up. The driver was 15 minutes late and almost made me miss my flight. Not worth the money.

The hotel is good overall - staff are nice, rooms are ok. It's cheap and close to the airport and there's a free shuttle. Their breakfast is ok. The two things I didn't like were the parking lot (it's really bad, most of it is just a field behind the hotel, not fenced in, no pavement, terrible bumps and potholes) and wi-fi was not connecting both days we were there.

That the airport shuttle to the hotel is on demand should be mentioned on the website. Computer was not hooked up to the printer to get boarding pass.

Nice Hotel. Very close to airport, restaurants and major freeways. Price OK for hotel.

Great stay at the remada inn as always. Good price, good breakfast great service.

Good deal for location. Shuttle was great! No one at the bar downstairs the entire time but morning breakfast was well attended.

Unhelpful staff. Door keys did not work four times. Just did not look nice.

The AC was broken when I arrived. I requested another room but was told there were none. The staff replaced with another broken AC. Upon reporting the second broken AC I was finally given another room. This hotel has no security. The doors that lead outside (to sidewalk or to parking lot) do not lock. The locks are either broken, taped up (so they won't work) or turned off (for the electronic locks). The AC is quite loud though I have come to expect that in most cheaper hotels. The hallways and lobby area were always dirty. Candy wrappers. newspapers, wrappers from the snack machine. The elevator was particulary marked up and dirty. The bed was fine and the water pressure was great. The staff was a bit odd (take that however you want).

Everything / everyone was great. The location was good, very close to the Airport.
