The location and price was great for being close to the airport. Walked into our room and found that it had not been cleaned from the prior customer. Got moved to a king size bed room due to no double queen size bed room.King size bedroom smelled bad good thing I carry a can of febreze in my car and used it in the room. Went to front desk and requested extra towels and pillows its not allowed at this hotel. (first time I've run into that). After 12 am front and back doors locked, had to use side doors to get in after 12 am, room key or any key do not work on south side door. Will have to worry about stay there again.

Waited 1.5 hours for shuttle. They kept telling me it would be there in 15 minutes. Lies

Thr hotel staff are like family, especially the driver and the front desk staff.

Excellent hotel for the price. Ac was a bit noisy tho.

Actoxbw k in was ok. Staff was not up to par but not overtly rude. Room smelled like mold. It was late and I had been driving for hours and didn’t want to haggle so I turned the air down and got in bed. Got up at 4:30 to get To the airport. The bed was uncomfortable so I didn’t sleep well and my back was sore all day. The floor was soaked from the air conditioner leaking water. When I got in the shower and turned it on the water valve broke off. At that point i was was irritated so I got my stuff and went down to catch the shuttle. I told the front desk everything and they simply said sorry but no real sentiment behind it. No offer for even partial refund or to make it better in any way. I will never stay there again simply for that reason. I’m very sorry that I wasted money and my orbucks on it.

Great! Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is clean and in a great location.

The hotel location was okay but only 3 channels worked one of my TVs and only one channel worked on my other tv. The room had a smell too it but it went away overtime. It was quiet so that was a good thing as well. The front desk lasy was very friendly as well

I had to try two different rooms before I could settle in and sleep. The first room had mold in the ceiling. The second room was clean...except...someone left their queso on the night stand. I was physically and mentally tired and just wanted to sleep. Having to “preview” rooms was not on my to do list. If I’d had an ounce of energy left in me, I would have found another hotel. That said, the third room was the charm. The suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
