Big disappointment.

The pool was closed their in the middle of renovation I has to ask for another room the 1st room bathroom tub and floor was full of hair stained comforter as well the main entrance door DOSENT work we had to slide the door open ourselves in and out

Not the best hotel but the most affordable place for a quick stay overnight. If you want luxury towels and bedsheets, this is not your hotel. It provides basic needs, no tv and some unfinished flooring work in the bathroom. I gave it good review because i did not have any big issues during the stay.

maybe some furniture and room looks clean, but we kill 5 cockroaches and even on hairdryer net find one cockroach body after my wife finish her hair drying

Got there receptionist had the phone with her while checking in the guests, talking about sexual content, had her "friends" staying at the hotel with dark liquor on the desk, and much more to say when she lied to the customers that there weren't reservations in order for her to have us call our third party agency (orbitz). Orbitz spoke with the manager and the reservations were there. The staff/ receptionist they have on duty seems to be scamming customers by lying about them not having a reservation in order to have you believe orbitz never made the reservation and to have the hotel keeps the money (because they dont refund). The manager checked the cameras and thats how I was able to get a refund, but I wasn't the only person she did that too.

I never stayed at OYO...i made a reservation online & when i got there the lady at front desk said The elevator was BROKEN & my room was on the 4TH FLOOR - she said i was entitled to a refund if i didnt waNt to stay there. Now OYO wont refund my $53. -- I will never spend $$$ at ANY OYO ever again -- unbelieveable the amount of emails & phone calls ive made this week trying to get my $$$ back#!!

I didn't like anything about it, I tried contacting you about it but I don't see a number. I tried to cancel and couldn't contact anyone

I didn't like anything about this hotel it was the worst place I have ever stayed so I didn't stayed i had to fine another hotel for my stay

This place should be burned to the ground. Most of the Lights didn’t work and the phone to call the front desk didn’t work. Also in the room, roaches bugs everywhere. Super cheap thought how bad could it be. Well I learned never again to go cheap on a hotel. I’ll pay to stay someplace clean. Burning my belongings before I go home.

Building was in terrible shape, staff was immensely unhelpful.

Smelly, broken everything, felt like a haunted hotel

U pay for reservations and they sold my rooms, l had to search somewhere else abd spend more money and they charged my card and l haven't gotten my money back

Roches nasty no nothing ppl should stay away from this location

very bad odors in the room, dirty halls. rude staff.

The floor on the restroom was dirty and the sink was dirty also

Not the best hotel but the most affordable place for a quick stay overnight. If you want luxury towels and bedsheets, this is not your hotel. It provides basic needs, no tv and some unfinished flooring work in the bathroom. I gave it good review because i did not have any big issues during the stay.
