Staid two nights, got room cleaned and everything. They have wifi signal is ok, it could be better. They had a full on cable package which i was impressed with since most hotels only carry the locals and a few adds. all together good place for the price close to walking restaurants and grocery stores.

They have a bunch of drug addicts running around in these rooms. Their rates are way too high $75 a night for the horrible rooms they offer. The place is very ran down and needs to be remodel. They have strict security at night. Their staff was always friendly. Their pool is a piece of craps and is not opened to the public. They have 2 washers and dryers they also have vending machines for the munchies. They are next door to Denny s and Chinese food on the other side!

Didn't like it at all no good internet no good beds didn't like at all couldn't sleep u can hear everything wat people were talking about smell really nasty and horrible doesn't have laundry and times the key didn't work to hard to open the doors to far from were I need to go a lot smell of smoking and mod smell too

Recently tried to get a room but come to find out they don't accept pets... Was little disappointed due to the app saying it pet friendly... Good thing I didn't get a room since there was drug dealers across the street and was entering as I was pulling out... So good thing they didn't accept pet.

Checked in at 11. Was asked to leave an hour later because we have a service animal & they refused to return the full $120 I had used to pay for 2 days in advance. Meanwhile they have drug dealers wandering around offering it to passerby's. I will never return & would advise anyone & everyone to avoid this establishment& any related to it.

Stayed here for two nights due to some official work in Houston. Location is decent, close the the highways and a Starbucks and India. Restaurant very near. The rooms are alright, food size, beds are comfy, partly remodeled. However, we had to switch rooms thrice. Some rooms had pretty much no wifi. Some rooms have a really bad smoking stench. Some rooms have microwave missing, some remotes not working etc. So inspect your room before finalizing your check in. Forget any sort of video streaming or VoIP from here. Internet barely connects and drops frequently. The only good thing is the staff service. They tried to work with us for the Internet issue, changed our rooms and gave us keys to other rooms whenever anything was malfunctioning in the room. That reduced our pain but it was still pretty inconvenient.

We checked in at 5pm and was horrified! The carpet was dirty and there were stains on the headboard. This prompted us to pull the sheets back and we realized that they HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED!!! There were several strands of hair on the sheets and there were stains as well!!! We called the manager on duty who told me that housekeeping had left for the day and could not clean the room. He, then, said that he would have to come to the room to see what we were talking about. Once he arrived and looked at the uncleanliness of the room, he would not refund our money, but moved us to a room that was toward the front of the property. This room was better: newer carpet, cleaner all around. However, around 2am, we overheard a policeman stop someone in front of our room to question him (we were on the 3rd floor!). Very uneasy. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone.

It was pretty good for the price. Every other hotel around was about twenty bucks higher. It is privately owned and the staff is well trained with the exception of the actual manager. He can seem a little rude, but I think it has to do with lack of communication skills. Overall nice place for the price. I would stay here again and maybe avoid the general manager.

We stay here couple times a year and it's been great stay every time. Easy to find location and friendly staff. For the price you can't go wrong. Nice and comfy bed. Unique leather love seat couch. Only thing needed in the room is better water pressure in shower, will stay here again.

I got this hotel at the last minute and have been surprised with the courtesy of the attendants. Although it is a modest hotel, it is nice and clean, with good prices. Good location, with a variety of restaurants and commerce in the vicinities. No breakfast.
