The space offers the convenience of being in NRG area/Houston's Medical Center offering private, gated parking and outdoor space. Literally less than 7 minute drive/ride to Toyota Center, NRG Stadium, Houston Zoo, etc. Ultra-safe neighborhood in a community where the average age of the homeowner is 54 years old.
