Great location in the Sugarland community, walking distance to great restaurants, right off the main highway, and right off the town square. Wonderful staff - they can't do enough to cater to your needs.

We loved the view from our room of Sugarland city hall and the Christmas lights. The hotel is in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. We were able to swim outside with grand kids in December! I was disappointed the hot tub was not working. The beds were very comfortable and It was quiet at night. We would definitely stay again. Thank You Marriott.

It was nice. The area was beautifully decorated with holiday garb and we had a great view of town center from our window.

I had an all day training class on Tuesday morning (12-8-2015). I drove in to town and arrived at the hotel on Monday evening. I got to my room and turned the heater on as I was unpacking and getting ready for bed. I never heard the heater kick on. In fact it never came on the entire night and it was freezing cold in my room. I never called the front desk because I had to be up at 5am and by the time I wmgit switched into a new room it would be after midnight. I also purchased the hi speed internet.. I think it was more line dial up. Very disappointing stay.

Hotel was in a great location!! Great restaurants and Whole Foods right around the corner. Staff was great and very helpful with all requests.

Our family and extended family have come together every year at this hotel to have Thanksgiving!

The hotel is tastefully decorated. There was nothing special about the room, no on demand movies or games, and room service only until 11:00. I wished that they had jell soap because I don't like bars, but that's a personal preference. The towels and bedding smelled freshly clean and was soft and comfortable, which is good, but for some reason I tangled in the sheets, which normally doesn't happen to me. Could have used a second garbage pail in the room (only had one in bathroom).

the room was nice enough. we were suprised there ws no free wi-fi. the hair drier did not work well, and the tv remote was horrible. we had to change the tv with the controls on the tv.

Excellent location if you want to visit the Sugarland Town Square area. Its right inside the area. The room was clean. Staff are very courteous and friendly. You do hear a little noise from the highway, but not enough to ruin my sleep. One thing to gripe was the parking. The free parking garage is outside the hotel, so it takes a few minutes to walk there.

Very nice hotel, but.... way too noisy. Great for staying in the central part of Sugar Land Towne Square for shopping, eating, etc. Although.... the doors seem to slam whenever someone enters their room and being close to the freeway you hear road noise & sirens. Earplugs would have been nice.

This hotel was very clean modern very nice staff room was comfortable

Even though I love visiting Dallas, this was an awesome get away to Sugarland. The location was perfect for my shopping trip. The staff were attentive, remembered my name, and made sure that I had everything I could want to make my stay excellent. This was a wonderful experience and I will return to this hotel for another get away!

This was a great hotel with wonderful hospitality. Located right in the town center with walking distance to great restaurants. Only complaint would be the hallways and lobby being freezing! Side note on the restaurant would be extremely slow service!

For the price and from the looks of it, we thought the extra drive for it would be worth it for the low cost that night. It is a very nice hotel in a great shopping area.

My wife and I were in Sugar Land for an event for our granddaughter. The location to their house and the church was very convenient. The Town Square setting in Sugar Land is perfect -- all you need within a short walking distance. the room was at the Mariott excellence standard at a great rate thru [...].Great place to stay; I'll be back.

Lobby is very inviting, staff is friendly, and the hotel is close to many restaurants and bars. Use valet parking if you have heavy luggage. Rooms are very clean.

This is the second time I've stayed in the Hotel. The last time was several years ago, and a lot of new businesses and shops around the Sugar Land Town Square and First Colony Mall had sprung up since then. I asked for a room on one of the highest floors facing the Sugar Land City Hall so I could get a great overlook of the area (I was given a room on Floor 7 of 9). The gentlemen at the Front Desk was very gracious in granting my request. My elderly mother and sister live very close in a Retirement Living complex (The Terrace at First Colony), and the easy drive to their apartment (next to the AMC Theater Complex) makes it so easy to visit as long as I want, and then just drive an extremely short distance to the Hotel. I took my sister to the Mall for Black Friday shopping after Thanksgiving.I had a wonderful, clean room; king-size bed; LCD TV; the works, all for a great [...] price!! I will definitely return to the Sugar Land Marriott Town Square whenever possible!

Very nice hotel, close to where I wanted to be and was very comfortable and clean (except the shower curtain was old and stained/torn). Bath products very nice. I didn't like the fact that the self parking was too far, and was a little scary to have to walk by myself in the early am. Didn't like that they did not provide forgotten toothbrush- would have to buy one for $2.50 in the shop- if you pay that much for a very nice hotel- they could at least provide something simple like that! I also asked for a wake up call in the am- IT NEVER HAPPENED! It was a good thing I woke up myself- or I would have been late for work!

We relaxed and had a quiet peaceful evening.

Very nice location, plenty of shopping walking distance. Rooms are great, but pool was just ok, no music, and the hottub was on the blink, with no one willing to really say when it would be fixed. We went for the relax by the pool/hottub features, and were disappointed. I would recommend calling ahead if that is what you wanted to do. We did a lot of complaining, and after many hours, did get some compensation. The dining at nice was very good, maybe the best RibEye Steak ever. Don't count on the breakfast buffet being any good at all, they are very under-staffed, and the food as not being replenished at all in a timely manner.
