Clean and comfortable room with plenty of towels. Included breakfast was basic but satisfying. Clean towels and room had a nice smell.

The room smelled really bad and the bathroom sink was not cleaned

The hotel had a weird smell too it, no hospitality from the staff whatsoever everyone felt uncaring about the needs of the customer. The room was okay but the smell it harbored was terrible. The room smelled like an unfinished crime scene. My overall experience reminds me of the time I slept at motel 6.

While the people at this hotel are very nice, my shower literally did not work. It was a handicapped room (not needed by me) with one of those adjustable shower heads. There simply was not enough water pressure for it to work. This is just an unforgivable sin for a hotel.

The Business center (computer and basic software) were sad in support of the basic business needs of businessmen. The manager was very kind and tried to help.

This was a nice hotel at the price paid. If you want more, you are going to pay more. What I would pay attention to if I were management for that hotel, double check mattress comfort (one was sagging pretty badly) and the shower water pressure was very low.

Great location. The hotel is a little dated, but the staff was very friendly. The maids did not do a great job cleaning the room on a daily basis. It is very close to a lot of different dinning choices which was nice.

the room strong smelled of mildew and there was obvious growth on the AC unit. the room and bathroom both were small and cramped. the hotel had a pool but no hot tub, and the room had no refrigerator. a few bug guts were noticed on the wall, and upon removal of the pillow case of one pillow was noticed an obvious large stain. very disappointing room quality, for this hotel brand, one of the worst hotel stays ever.

La Quinta Inn Stafford Location was a great stay, the staff was helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Overall Great experience. The room was clean everytime I arrived daily. The staff at the counter was courteous, and greeting. Breakfast was ready at 6:00am, and there are two Waffle Irons for faster service. However, I did not have to wait to make mine. They have three varieties of cereal, muffins, fruits, juice. Plus hard boiled eggs. I'm not a coffee drinker so for you all that like coffe, they say it was really good. I will definately return to this hotel when traveling to Houston, TX.

Second time staying at this hotel. Overall everything was great for the price. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Only problem I've had here is some of the light fixtures wouldn't work or outlets wouldn't work. As well as the toilets flush handle not working properly. Kind of annoying but not enough to take away a lot from our stay.

There were a few restaurant bars within walking distance. The woman checking me out waited 10 min to check me out and I was the only person standing there. Other than that for the money paid value was okay. Nothing spectacular but nothing terrible either

Good price, Very good location, near 59 freeway. However, we found the room didn't vacuum at all. Carpet still dirty.

Good location for what I needed Water pressure a bit low in bathroom. nice staff, clean room.

This hotel was overall very clean and neat. I had a good experience staying here. It was very comfortable. They have a good continental breakfast.

When I got there there was a line to check in. The front desk person had walked away. She was very fast and polite in checking all guests in. So it was not that big of a deal.

Definitely smaller than I had expected for the price. The motel had good breakfast, friendly staff, and overall clean. But I think that this motel is definitely showing visual signs of aging and a slight odor. I've stayed at several other La Quinta motels and am disappointed with the quality and size of this one.

This hotel was convenient to city and SW suburbs for a reasonable price. Staff was very, very helpful with suggestions to eat, travel to airport (not convenient, but not their fault), offer of washer and dryer, decent breakfast. Breakfast hours were 6-9 which seemed a bit short to me, but ok for most travelers. There was a distinct lack of electric plugs that were easily accessible - suggest sort of "permanent" extension cords or multi-plugs mounted on desk or wall for use of iron and plug in of computers/phones

great location,staff friendly,clean,comfortable,no problems

no problems,GOOD LOCATION AND CLEAN,GOOD VALUE,service excellent

M, Thanks for sharing your comments about your stay with us. I apologize for the odor and dirty sink in your room. This is not the type of stay that we want our guests to have. I shared your comments with our staff this morning to ensure that we do a better job of paying attention to detail when cleaning our rooms. I am very sorry for the inconvenience that this caused you. I hope that you consider giving us another chance to show you our normal level of service. Thanks again for the feedback. I hope that you try us again soon ! Thanks, Peter C. General Manager
