This hotel was okay, we only stayed for one night there. Room was okay size and clean, but nothing special. The only thing we didn't like that's the breakfast, it didn't have enough options. We might go back next time.

I was having surgery at MD Anderson and my stay at the hotel was relaxing and worry free prior to the surgery and a short drive to the hospital.

Close to Galleria and downtown. Dogs allowed. Ok for the price.

the motel was conveniently located for our activities and met the most basic needs, however, I have come to expect a microwave and mini-fridge in motels at this price point and this motel had neither. it was functional and served its purpose but I would not say it went above or beyond in any category

Just an older facility, could use some updating. Also needs more cleaning....very dusty and dirt accumulated in areas that have probably not been cleaned in a long while.

Good location ,near chinatown, the hotel is clean,

Could definitely use a facelift. My metal door jamb appeared to be broken into by the door swipe mechanism as did many rooms that I saw. My windows double pane we malfunction creating condensation stains on inside glass, could not see out. Repairs are needed.

Nice Hotel A very Good Experience recomended To my Friend.

The staff was helpful--the quality was great for the price--they allowed our Golden Retriver to stay free--they are a pet friendly hotel--near lots of "things"--

The staff was extremely helpful in telling me where I could find things in the area, there was AC in my room and a pool and workout room plus free breakfast that included make your own waffles, eggs, yogurt, bagels, muffins, and really anything you could have imagined. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my stay.

I have stayed at La Quinta Hotels before, but this one was the worst I have stayed in so far. The hotel had a terrible smell (in the elevator, the corridors to the room, and around the breakfast area). The breakfast was horrible (rotten bananas and oranges). I am not sure if this was a one time thing, but that is the worse I have seen at a La Quinta Inn.

I was visiting some friends , and this hotel provided the perfect location for a reasonable price. I was near the galleria and many other great venues

Not ideal; too close to downtown and heavy traffic

Efficient, receptive staff. Lodging was adequate, but merits updating from 1980's decor. Mattresses were sagging and needing replacement. Average value.

Have stayed here several times, convenient for my business purposes. Pleasant personnel at all times. Clean and comfortable. This time did have some noisy guests, but it was Super Bowl w/e, so maybe that was why. Will stay there again.

The staff was fantastic. The room though wasn't very clean. There were cigarette ashes in the brochure container and the sofa was covered in dust and debris. There were ashes on the dresser. Although this was a smoking room ashes left behind from the previous guest was not professional. When we got off the elevator to the 4th floor the overwhelming smell of marijuana overtook me. This was reported to the housekeeper who just sprayed some air freshener. This smell continued throughout my stay thankfully i didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room. i would only recommend this hotel on the basis of the friendliness of the staff.

Room was clean, but they did not change sheets the next day, even though it was requested... Breakfast just the basics... Cereal and waffles.. Pool was not clean..

It was just a room... Nothing special but the beds was comfortable

The desk clerks were pleasant and accomodating. Room 306 had a peculiar but not obnoxious odor. The bed nearest the bathroom did smell as if something had died and crawled inside the mattress. This property was otherwise clean and appeared to be in reasonable repair.

Checked in. Assigned a one bed handicapped room when a room with two beds was reserved. Desk attendant switched rooms but we had to move all luggage once again. After getting to new room, I jad to ask the Desk attendant for a toweland washcloth, and coffee for the room pot. Previous La Quintas have provided much better breakfasts than this one. Waffle Irons were not fully functional, Toaster was defective (took 3 cycles to toast a bagel). Had to ask for forks, and condiments on 2 mornings. Staff generally not concerned about the breakfast. Floor above out room was noisy. Lots of stomping and running.
