The smoke alma going off at 2:30 in morning. No one come to see about it... No one make up the bed, no towel in the room... Just not a good experience at all...

A very nice plan to stay, quiet and very well maintained.

Helpful staff, clean room and good breakfast. No WiFi, though. They had 4 WiFi channels and none of them worked

The location of this hotel is not good. I carried my pepper spray in my hand while walking between my room & my car. One evening, I thought I witnessed two men completing some type of transfer of materials in front of the 1st floor elevator. One man was white & looked like a man I had seen working in the lobby earlier. The other man was a young, black man. As I approached the elevator, the young, black man glanced at me then immediately turned to quickly exit the hotel through the side door. As I reaced the elevator, the doors were opened. Inside, the white man was standing out of sight in the elevator, in the corner next to the elevator control panel. He asked me which floor I wanted as I noticed the 3rd floor button was lit up. I said 2nd floor and prepared to use my pepper spray if needed. On the way to the 2nd floor, the white man complimented the luggage I had with me--I had just purchased & sales tags were visible. After exiting the elevator, I quickly went to my room. After entering my room, I noticed that the safety latch on my door was loose from its hinges as if at some time or other a force entry may have occurred. I remained in my room with pepper spray & phone close to me until morning when I would be leaving. Also, young under-dressed women hang-out around the perimeter of this hotel and in the parking lot of the convenience store in front of the hotel. The environment of this hotel is clean & the staff I interacted with were very polite & helpful but I did not feel safe due to the suspicious activities I witnessed taking place in and around the hotel.

Staff was very friendly. Room was a bit cramped, but clean and included a mini-fridge and microwave. Location was close to I-45, but in a not-so desirable area.

Arrived early and they left us check in. Very clean and friendly staff. Nice clean pool and facilities. Close to very thing loved Logan roadhouse restaurant down road about 3 miles very very good food. Overall a very nice stay. Thank you.

Clean, great staff. The only issue was some noise from an the next room.

Visiting my son in college. Great location went in to a very clean room however the noisy prevented a restful night. The walls must be made of rice paper!

i go there monthly always nice

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that the surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy at night. My room was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay.

I'm not a hotel person. I cringe when I know I have to stay at one.On my resent trip to Houston I stayed at LaQuinta 1960 and was pleasantly pleased at the cleanliness of the hotel.I felt very comfortable with my 4day stay.

Everything room wise was perfict. Friendly staff. After checking out, I found that I had possibly left my college ring. Upon calling front desk, gentleman, who answered, had me hold the line while he went and checked the room himself. I later found my ring which had slipped off in my bag. Great location close to Houston International Airport.
