Very easy hotel to spend the night before flying out of Houston. I travel with my sog and its always a plus that I can stay here.

Comparing with Hampton's, Best western's, Hpliday Inn's It is not comfortable, clean enough. furnitures are old. Breakfeast is not sutisfied. Not advised to stay this hotel. We take the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver broke our luggage and they didn't even appology for this. They made our travel uncomfortable.

All was clean and in order. No problems were encountered. Nice breakfast buffet.

got a call from the hotel manager when I was out helping Harvey victims with insurance claims telling I was supposed to check put on 10/4 when my paperwork clearly said 10/5 the managers name was sam he told me I had 30 min to return to the hotel or he would put my belongings out in the parking lot. I was 45 min away and explained that and tried to get an answer as to why I was being told to leave when my reservation was until 10/5 they made a mistake when they reporgrammed my room key on check in and switch the date in the computer to checkout at 10/4 I asked him I could at least finish helping the two people that were standing there waiting for their inspection and he said NO!!! I told him I had to leave a buch of Harvey flood victims hanging that wont get the help they need for 2 more weeks now and he said I don't care you need to leave he wouldn't even attempt to call another location for me to see if there were any rooms in the area at the end of the day its obvious that they don't care about flood victims at that location beware there is no compassion here at all

I love this hotel! It is so nice, clean and staff is fine, just they need a little bit to be oustanding, but with the rest I am happy.

the best/convenient shuttle service even during midnight and early morning!

The hotel is nothing fancy but it was clean. The shuttle bus however is an interesting issue. There is a jump seat right inside the door so unless you are super skinny you have to squeeze yourself through the tiny opening or climb over the seats. The bus driver seemed rather oblivious to the problem. A heavy passenger would never be able to get in.

I was stuck in Houston overnight without my bag due to a missed connection. The front desk staff was very friendly! I called when I got off the plane after 10:00pm and they sent the free shuttle right over. When I checked in they gave me a toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, and a razor on top of the soap and lotion in the room. Breakfast was open when I went downstairs again at 5:00am and the return shuttle was on time. The friendly staff made the situation as pleasant as it could be.

We were surprised at the size of the suite. It was big enough to live in. Clean, large, lovely. Also perfect that they accept dogs. They also had a very nice pool, but we were unable to use it because of our own timing at the hotel.

I come to Texas to look at colleges with my son. We had a tour at UT in Austin Wednesday, and a flight out of Houston Thursday morning. We arrived in the evening, found the room nicely prepared for us, and enjoyed the continental breakfast before we headed back to the airport.

Staff was fantastic---extremely hospitable, informative, and knowledgable.

Only suggestion I have is when calling to get picked up make sure to get on the correct shuttle. I didn't know there were two LaQuinta hotels. I called and jumped on the wrong one. Francisco from the South LaQuinta was gracious enough to take us to the East LaQuinta. Even though they aren't owned by the same people. So I strongly recommend the South LaQuinta also.

The shuttle bus was quick to arrive at the airport and once arriving the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and it had everything it needed with a plush king size bed. The hotel even offered options for guests to purchase food for room delivery from outside restaurants or buy snacks from their snack bar near the reception area. I have stayed at this hotel twice when transiting in Houston and intend to book it again when I am passing through.

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable rooms, pet friendly (no fee), and quiet. Nothing terribly fancy, but more than adequate for a comfortable stay. We've stayed in this hotel twice, and the second time we went out of our way to stay here because we knew it would not disappoint. If we're ever around Houston and need a hotel again, we're going to stay here.

Two night stay. Farther from the airport, less noise. Close to shopping mall and theaters.

pleasant stay but no restaurants nearby. There is a fast food and gas station next door. Staff was friendly and helpful as was the airport shuttle drivers. Breakfast was adequate.

The staff is great, Sam is amazing! Would have beeno able to give a higher rating if the hotel wasn't damp, leaving a musty, moldy smell especially in the upper floors. The bathroom didn't have a vent fan either. There was no sound from the airplanes over head though.

Solid location. Close to Burger King. Had to order food in. Nothing close to walk to. Hot tub could use tlc. Jets didn't work and we cleaned out leaves etc..

Great fast airport shuttle both ways Room ready early Free breakfast Friendly efficient service Big bed could not ask for more

Hotel staf where very welcoming. If we needed anything they wouldn't hesitate to provide us with it .
