I didn’t like the lack of cleanliness. Noisy place

Check in is at 3 and checkout is at noon. I was forced to wait until 4 to check in but had to be out by noon. The a/c in the room didn’t work. The hotel is filthy. The hotel staff is rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was a box cereal and milk in a bag. The pool area is dirty. Overall terrible experience

We reserved for 2 queen beds, for 2 nights stay. However, upon entering and checking in to the facility, at 11pm, we were made aware that the facility did not accept cash!!!! The attendant Annie, that was helping us through this process, never made eye contact with us, and had to repeat her self numerous times, because she seemed as if she did not want to help us, in any form or fashion. After a long 30 minutes of back and forth of this whole situation, we asked for her manager. Her manager, Blake, then came out, and did not seem to make the situation any better. I totally understand that business, can be harsh at times, but they made this stay awful! We had a group stay the same nights as we did, and they also stated that their experience was awful. Choose wisely, when booking your stay!

Front desk staff were excellent. Kind and considerate. Room was newly renovated and spacious. Hot Breakfast was a nice plus.

The toilet ran the entire stay, the bathroom sink stopper was broken when I first arrived, couldn’t be raised and just stayed filled with dirty water the entire time. The bathtub was absolutely filthy. The carpet looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. There was dust and cobwebs in every corner of the room. The tv remote did not function at all. The vending area at the front desk was unnecessarily expensive with $3 regular-sized sodas and $2 snacks that would normally be $0.75 in any store or vending machine. There was an extremely loud dog directly across the hall from me who constantly barked day and night. Both maintenance and housekeeping need to be held to a higher standard of maintaining better conditions. A plus was that the staff was very nice.

The suite was pretty big I liked the full size fridge and stove but the hall way going into the room was extremely dirty and had the stench of a dirty dog. Paint was missing on the door and the room was not that cold I was literally sweating as I tried to apply my make-up. I did ask for a fan but they didn't have any and I was offered to be moved to a cooler room but I just kept the room because I was about to leave for the day and the next day I was checking out but the staff were friendly and polite and the breakfast was awesome but I was disappointed that they stopped serving chocolate milk. I just stayed at a Laquinta in Houma Louisiana and had a pleasant stay and enjoyed them offering individual bottled beverages for breakfast. I thought it to be cool that the waffles were in the shape of Texas. (that's just like Texas standing out to go with the motto "everything's big in Texas") oh yeah and the phone wouldn't let me call out, when I asked the front desk why the phones didn't work she asked me what color was the phone when I told her beige she was like those phones don't work and she looked for newer ones but she couldn't find any so overall if you asked me would I book here again I would say only if my room was colder, my phone worked and that stench in the hallway was gone if those things remained I would have to decline. But for pet friendly people I did see 2 dogs one really big dog so they do welcome pets and maybe that's why the hall smelled like it did.

I arrived friday aoril the 5th at 12:30am...but was booked for thrusday april the 4th but do i still get charge fir that

It has been nicely remodeled, but it still needs new floor covering in the hallways.

loved the cookies and hotel i will be back next year

Great atmosphere love it will come stay again next yewr

Good for the money what can I say? Not much more! Really, not more.

If you’re in a pinch and need somewhere to stay, this is a nice enough hotel. Very nice and friendly staff. The room could be better, it’s difficult to adjust the temperature, so you’re either too hot or too cold. There wasn’t appropriate blankets on the bed for how cold the room is. It is next to a busy highway so you can always hear traffic.

The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. The had free cookies by the front desk and a nice complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is very good located for me, clean and friendly staff

Clean , nice room , comfortable nice Hotel for the price in this area , easy to arraive on the I45

Easy check in; friendly staff. Newer property. Clean.

We were very pleased with the hotel overall. The room was WAY more than we expected for the price we paid. The breakfast was delicious. I love the hot coffee all the time. :)
