I went to toast bread and the fire detector went off. My girlfriend is pregnant and there was dips in the flooring she almost tripped several times. Had to catch herself.

Convenient.

Arrived there and had asked for two bed, they had given me 1 bed, had to go back in 45min.

The value was superb i slept well. Bang for the buck this place gets it. I would stay there again anytime.

When we checked in, we got greeted with an unpleasant smell. The floor were sticky. The towels had stains and were not clean at all. Since it was just 1 night stay we were able to manage, but definitely would not have been able to manage more than 1 night.

All the amenities needed in a hotel were presnent in the room.

The front desk clerk took almost two hours to get us check in and our room key. After this she gave us a dirty room and had to start process all over again. Price was great but cleanlineness and servive are sub par.

The bathroom was dirty. After using the sick, there was water on the floor. The TV work for few minutes and then the screen went red.

From the beginning it was bad. Took the front desk clerkS over 15 minutes just to find the reservation and then put us in a single bed room, when we reserved 2 double beds. We didn't know this until we hauled all of our luggage to the room. After getting everything back down from the 3rd floor they fixed the mistake and we were on the 3rd floor again, on the other side of the hotel. We walked in to find the nightstand literally falling apart, rust all over pathetic air conditioner and rust in the shower as well. Dirty kitchen and half a roll of toilet paper. During our 3 night stay we were NEVER given fresh towels, and the trash was never removed. So glad to check out!

Frist room no tv. second room need repairs, doors hard to open had to push open with your whole body.no shampoo no coffee, coffee maker. Just not happy with our stay there.

I stayed here on 3/8/12. About 10:30 pm I was sitting on the bed watching something on my laptop and I hard a knock at the door. (I was alone) I was not expecting anyone so I did not answer. About 30 seconds later the door which I had thought was secure was opened. It was a man. He did not say a word, no sorry wrong room nothing just looked at me, closed the door and walked off. I called the front desk and the lady immediately came up to my room. (on the way up she saw the guy). The deadbolt and the lock at the top of the door were both broken. She looked to see if it was something minor on the lock she could fix. It wasn't so I was moved to another room. I had a queen and was moved to a king. I am still unsure of how he managed to open the door. I was scared to death and very lucky nothing happened that could have easily and I stayed safe. I really appreciate the concern from the front desk worker and her promptness at moving me to another room, especially with him still on the hotel grounds.

Location right along major freeway. Noisy all night long. Kitchen was complete with refrigerator, stove and microwave, all clean. No one in office to handle checking out. Seemed to be a party hotel.

Very bad experience! Do NOT recommend. Waiting on a superviser to call me.

We were here for 1 night. This motel is very bad. The rooms had some kind of bad smell. Bed sheets had holes in them. Bathroom shower was not working. You get what you pay. Will never ever go here again.

Needed a room on the bottom floor. All rooms on the bottom were smoking rooms. I have heart problems and it is hard for me to do stairs. The elevators were small and so hot that we were better off carrying everything upstairs. She could not even get me a room near the elevator. No ice machine. No continental breakfast. Many people were up all night drinking and sit on the stairs while we were trying to carry everything down. The door on the ice box would not stay shut. The door to the bathroom did not have a lock. You could just push the door open. Not happy at all. Was not no where worth what I spent.

very clean, a/c little loud.

cheap hotel, near to stores and freeway 35 min to galveston, people in front desk not to frienly, becarful in laundry i used and somebody take my clothes out from dryer, not clean the room everyday.

Wow, this place is horrible. Freshly Painted room, maybe 2 - 3 hours before check in. TV on the floor, tables pulled away from the walls. Backed up toilets, old coffee maker...I mean I could just go on and on. Not worth the money, even for a cheap place to just crash for the night. You honestly would have better luck at one of those Motel 6's people complain about. HONESTLY.

This is not a bad place to stay for the price. Lots of access to resturants and shopping. The kitchen could be better supplied (pots and pans). What is the point of a kitchen if you can heat up food or cook if you want, especially in an extended stay.

OMG! I would not refer this hotel to anyone. [...] When I say raoch motel, I mean roach motel. All the front desk could do for us was say they will have someone look at it in the morning after we checked out. Had to go to the nearest store to buy Raid to cure the problem. No one should have to live under those conditions short stay or long stay. The best thing going for this place is the location and price. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I will stay in Motel6.
