We liked the hotel but I think it was not properly cleaned when we got it we saw a small used hand towel still hanging by the shower curtain.

A short overnight stay for Step 2 CS. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the check-in and check-out process was without issue. Breakfast and dinner were delicious at Sam's. I had thought breakfast was complimentary, but I may have not gone to the right place for that as I walked into Sam's for breakfast.

I arrive from out of town me an my family it was nice an comfortable the staff was nice but when i got in the room to take a shower i notice eyelashes in the counter visible i took pictures cause i was appalled cause i know i dont wer fake lashes im just saying they need to clean better. I was scared to sleep in the bed idk if was clean so i told the front desk im not gone lie they did compensate for free breakfast but i wouldnt stay in the future first time in houston an paid my money alot an my room was half clean i didnt atay another night i left the housekeepers need to examine more precisely.

I choose this hotel, along with many other medical students who have to fly in to take one of our required medical board exams. This is perfectly located to the exam center, however when I arrived my room was 32 degrees, they sent someone up right away who told me to keep it on high and it will warm up after he fixed something with the heating system. I went to dinner and came back 1-1.5 hours later to a room around 50-60 degrees. I called again, waited for 30 minutes with no one to come by and called yet again. The receptionist said she would call back and I explained to her I do not want to change rooms, but I also want to get some sleep and not wake up in the middle of the night freezing. The maintenance provider came up around 35 minutes later and had a tool that showed the room was at 64 in the far corner, but the air coming out of the vent was 80 and that this room was built incorrectly and it has this problem. The room did heat up around 3 am when I was awoken to a now HOT room. The next day after I got my bag from the front desk (had to check out earlier than I was leaving), I asked them when the next shuttle to the airport was coming they told me 3:30pm, which it was 3:25 so I went and stood by the stairs outside and waited. A worker had gone by me a few times, then by 3:50 when no shuttle had shown up, I went back into the hotel and asked the man that appeared to be a bell hop if the 3:30 p shuttle was coming. He laughed and said I thought you knew it was at 4pm. He had never asked, walked by several times, and then thought it was hysterical I was waiting outside for so long. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my fellow colleagues, and many medical students have to come down and take this exam in Houston as it is one of six places in the country where the exam is offered. It is a shame as it was a perfect location and had a free shuttle to and from the airport!

Great staff................... ........... . . . . . .

I was two nights, for the second night they did not clean the room or change anything. I spoke with the front desk and they told the manager will call me, but he/she did not make any call

I was disappointed to find out that the computer in the office hotel was free for 15 minutes only if you swiped a credit card. To access the pool, you had to walk out the front door in your swim suit. The work out room was the best I ever have seen in a hotel. I don't believe the machines were well maintained as far as the weights.

My stay was extremely straightforward - I landed in Houston in the evening, stayed at the Hyatt till I had to catch my 7:32 flight to Belize. Everything was fine.

We stayed here quickly waiting another flight that took off the next day.

Was very disappointed hotel needs lots of updating, carpet needed to be replaced, hole in shower ceiling no early morning shuttle to airport

We where here overnight because my wife had a procedure at MD Anderson. So just me and my son stayed here because they had availability. It turned out to be a nice property however it was far from downtown. this would be a good location for an overnight at the airport,

disappointing, no inside pool, outside pool close for repairs, no continental breakfast, these were amenities that were listed! rooms were very clean and friendly staff!

Not the greatest area if you're a tourist, but it's a nice hotel with very friendly staff. Worth the money saved if you have a car.

GREAT POOL! NICE ROOM AND STAFF! A BIT OF A DRIVE INTO THE CITY.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable room. Easy access to shopping. Enjoyed the pool. Staff were helpful.

Stayed for one night on a stopover flight, as evidently were all other customers.Check in was swift but a wrong arrival date was entered, but this didn't hold me up as clerk corrected it without fuss. Large foyer and corridors lack soul and ambience. Room was very comfortable. Hotel location in middle of nowhere but K mart about 15 mind walk away. Dinner was Ok but clearly all convenience food. breakfast was Ok, range of pancakes, cereal, bacon etc, although the first milk I picked up was stale.

Hotel was nice. Restaurant fine. Nice room. But waited over an hour for shuttle from airport!! When we went to check in we were 2nd in line to lady on duty. She just walked off without a word as soon as she finished with the client in front of us and started shuffling around in various storage closets etc!! Quite extraordinary!! Fortunately the gentleman left on the desk was very helpful. Shuttle in the morning was interesting. The van was completely full and a good job no one else had to travel to the airport because there was not another van available!!

Had to stay overnight due to flight delays. It was a nice hotel. The room was clean, the staff was pleasant. Nice play to stay between connecting flights. The bed was comfortable. Nice rest between flights.

Very close taxi ride from the airport, huge hotel and nearly abandoned on the weekend which meant quiet, comfortable, and clean. Not too many places to eat near the place, so plan accordingly.

After booking the room with a late check in, I show up at the hotel ready to collapse in my room only to be told they had no record of my reservation. The hotel staff was accommodating but I did not know until the end of my stay whether or not I was going to be double charged. Also, the heat in the room did not work (we were freezing), the lamp beside the bed was broken, and the commode leaked.
