Clean and well stocked room but electrical plug on desk didn't work so it made it difficult to use my computer. I reported it but it was not addressed before I checked out.

I stay in Houston's energy corridor a few times a year. I found this hotel by chance and stay nowhere else anymore. I book this hotel for any of my associates I send to Houston.

Very clean and comfortable room. Quiet. Good breakfast buffet.

i booked a room with 2 double beds, because for some reason the 2 beds were cheaper than 1 king bed. a double bed is supposed to be the size of a full bed. these beds were not. i felt like i was sleeping in a twin bed. not to mention the beds smelled. other than the beds the room was good. the couch was comfy. i liked that it had a separate sink area. which was good because the lighting in the bathroom was pretty dark. the breakfast that was included in the morning was decent too. and it was a hot breakfast.

The hotel itself is nice, smaller in size easy to navigate and priced right. Room was clean and had all required amenities. We checked in after midnight so for the 1st two nights are room was not cleaned and we had to get clean towels from the front desk. Housekeeping does come around and offer clean towels and are extremely helpful and friendly. They have a great hot breakfast, but you must eat it in the breakfast room as the "food police" will not let you take food out of the breakfast area, for any reason! We had a sick toddler and didn't want to take him to the breakfast room and they would not let us take any food out. They attempted to instruct us how to parent and acted as if we could not read the sign. After the 3rd day we just went elsewhere for breakfast. There are no ice machines and you must obtain ice from the "food police" so you may want to stop and get your own from a convenience store and store in your hotel rooms freezer. Overall good value for the money. Not being able to enjoy the breakfast and being insulted by the dining staff tainted our experience.

Hotel was under construction. Bathroom was very dirty and as if someone had urinated in te floor. I checked in at 2am, woke up and left by 7:30am. Would not recommend satying there.

The Hotel was under construction, but it wasn't a bother. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly. No complaints?

the hotel is undergoing a renovation. So lots of workers in and out...lots of noise. This is still not a typical Hyatt House. even after the renovations I don't think it will meet up. I stayed at a Hyatt House in NC that was MUCH nicer. Lots of other places to pick from in the area.

There was an incident when we first checked in..the sofa bed linens were not changed from the previous tenants and had bodily fluids on them. The Assistant Manager took care of it and refunded the cost of the night. Rest of the stay was great

My daughter had cheerleading camp located in Katy and we stayed for the weekend. It was very clean, the staff was very nice and my daughter and I felt very safe staying here. The pictures on-line are exactly what the rooms and hotel looks like. Looking forward to the next time we can come back and stay here!

The room setup was excellent. I enjoyed the home feel to it. The kitchenette was a good. However, I found one bug which almost ruined my stay but was able to get over it later. The hotel seem be undergoing renovation. Some loose ends needs to be tidied up. Pay attention to details. Pay close attention to towels and face cloths. In all it was a pleasant stay with the free wifi ( a big plus), real breakfast and newspaper. I enjoyed my stay.

was amazed when we walked in and seen the room and totaly stocked kitchen!!! Had batting cages outside, and was right off I-10.

The suite w/ doors seperating the rooms worked great for us...we have twin babies. [...]

I travel a lot to Houston for business purposes and stayed in so many other hotels, this was my very best in term of location, price, cleanliness and most importantly Free Wifi in your room. Look! This is the best place to stay at an affordable rate plus a nice complementary breakfast FREE of charge. I finally found a nice and affordable place for my travels to Houston.

I had a great experience with this hotel. I loved the fact that I could bring back dinner from restaruants and make use of the kitchen. Also, may stay was rather short but it would be a good place for an extended stay with the kitchen and walk-in closet in the rooms... what a value for the price! I will definitely stay there again.

Room was very clean and looked as if it had been renovated recently. We were about 15 - 20 minutes from Downtown and there is a huge shopping mall about 15 minutes away going west. Also, wonderful dining could be found within 10 minutes. So, the location is great. All staff were very polite and helpful in every way. There was a very good breakfast every morning.

I got at the hyatt [...] so they they only needed my card to hold the reserve incase I tried to leave without paying. so the next day I looked at my balance and they charged me 200 dollars and then apologized and told me they took it off but now I'm havin to wait a week before I get my money back in my account. so I was pretty much broke after my stay. the hotel was nice though had a kitchen a nice tv/DVD player and a king size bed.

Great hotel. Very clean, very friendly staff.

Staff, location, and price were great. Room was clean, well sized, and had a full set of kitchen equipment. Breakfast was tasty. We had very few minor complaints: 1. coffee make was broken; 2. there were cigarette holes in the couch; 3. there was some noise from the pipes and from people walking in the room above. Overall, we were quite satisfied for the price and would stay there again. The ability to print from your room would be a good improvement as the public computers were noticeably infected with spyware.

This place was great for the money. We stayed Christmas Eve and even with it being Christmas morning the breakfast was ready, hot and a great spread. It was a great experience!
