I was so disappointed that my wife had a terrible experience here. I booked a nice junior suite for a day so my wife can hang out with her best friends from Philadelphia who she hasn’t seen in a year. The staycation ended up being a bad experience at the a hotel Zaza.
The water was brown for the first 5 min and finally became normal. I was upset at that but then they ordered room service and that also ended up being bad. They ordered a pizza which tasted like frozen pizza, they ordered a burger and it came cold, they ordered a spinach artichoke dip and that ended being a glimmer of hope.
The next morning they decided to give room service one more try, they took an hour and when my wife called to ask about the food they gave her attitude, they said it would come soon. 20 minutes later they called again and said the food was already delivered... unfortunately it was to the wrong room, so they had to order again. They finally brought the food up and they forgot a whole meal for her friend. They ended up leaving right after. My wife and I had such high hopes but the service ruined this experience and her staycation. I felt like we overpaid for the room because the service we got did not reflect the price.
