It was one of the worst experiences in a Hotel. Noisy, unsafe area, the sink was leaking, air conditioning not working and none couldn’t solve it. We decided to check out and look for another hotel. Make yourself a favor and don’t stay in this hotel.

I loved my stay here. It was easy to find, 20 mins from everything, and the staff were so nice. I was even able to check in 1hour early.
Property clean. Breakfast could have been better. Did not receive a wakeup call that was requested on one occasion. Employees overall were super nice.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast and evening reception were great. The rooms are clean and fresh. They provide daily maid service. This was my second time to stay at this hotel and I will return when I am in Houston for business.

information about shuttle needs to be visible in the lobby. A poster would be nice. Depending on staff to inform clients about HOURLY departure is insufficient. cmh hotels don't schedule, just call when one shows up in lobby for departure.
Nice clean room, good for private or business traveler. Clean, quiet environment; generally comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was equally good. I would stay here again!
