1. Loved the location 2. Reception very nice N friendly 3. The hotel N room clean 4. Quiet at night (good sleep) 5. .... Highly recommend this hotel

the service was great. rooms were clean. I had a great experience at this place. it is right off the highway. the location is convenient to get to and also closed by the stores i wanted to travel to.

The receptionist was welcoming but not talkative .

Overall a good stay.Staff needs to communicate to the housekeeping staff.

This hotel is clean but the service is ok. You have to pay for breakfast.

The hotel is very clean and is right at the heart of China town. Easy access to restaurants and highway.

If you are visiting Houston Chinatown and wish to stay close to Chinatown , this is a good choice. They provide free WiFi and free parking too..

Staff was rude and lied about management being on premise. I tried to cancel a night 1 minuteafter I made the reservation by mistake for wrong night and it took 3 days and repeated calls to accomplish. they tried to make up for run -around by booking a new night and I showed to find out they never actually reserved the room and were full. Stay Away form this hotel.

Property is clean. Nothing jumps out as great or horrible. Bed was firm and comfortable and room was clean.

If you plan to visit the China town area this is the hotel to stay. Although it is also close to major highways, it is surprisingly quiet. Parking is free but the only way to earn HHonor point is to book it through the official hilton website !

I was waiting for the cab and the bar/lounge was closed. The receptionist was kind and let me purchase a beverage in the downstairs convient store and sit at the bar and she turned the TV on.

The price is right! The bed is comfort, the restroom is oversize (bigger than some 4 stars hotels). The location is right in the center of China town which is very convenience for me (yes, I'm a Chinese). Overall the room is very clean and quiet. Cons: No "view" at all. The blanket can be thicker.

I stayed at this hotel because of a nearby business event, so I don't know a lot about the nearby area and what there's to do. I was literally there for less than 24 hours. When I first got to my room, it turned out that the room was cleaned up, but not prepared for a guest. The receptionist immediately switched me to a different room. I also had to ask about late check-out, and the staff was very accommodating. Overall I had a positive experience.

We attended a friends' wedding ceremony and had to stay somewhere very close to the area. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very cute and friendly front desk agent. She was very courtious and nice. Asked us al these questions, just to make sure we are comfortable. Rooms looked great. Tons of upgaded amenities, bed was amazing! I like a bit firmer matress, so I was able to adjust that to my liking. My boyfriend and I really liked the hotel, from now on, we will stay nowhere else bu Hilton Garden Inns!!

Very comfortable and clean!!! We had a very peaceful sleep...comforters, pillows, and bed were so soft. Very nice hotel with heated pools and "precor" gym equipment! Great for business travelers and people who want to stay fit.

loved it. Hilton for under $100 can't go wrong

Not really the safest area to be in Houston, but the hotel was near the customer I was meeting. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and the employees were nice and helpful.

My stay at the Garden Inn was perfect. The checking in was the first noticible thing that caught my eye, the lobby was beautiful the receiving clerk was so pleasant as he interacted with the people before me and even went out of his way to bring the child a bag of chips. My check-in experience at this hotel was the quickest I had ever experienced. the room was also very pleasant and comfortable. I went down to purchase some juices by the lobby area and was quickly greeting by the hotel staff and offered help in carrying my purchases to the room. Charge for purchase was just added to the room with no delays on my part. Happily greeted every time I left and returned from my outtings with small conversation made. Overall a friendly place to return to next time I'mm in town. Definitely will highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
