This is the second time I've stayed here, mainly because of the location (close to family). This is a very nice place to stay for either one night or an extended stay. Great location, close to the mall, other shopping areas, and places to eat. I will definitely stay here again.
The hotel is amazing. The location is great, restaurants, bars, a very nice shopping mall, and other shopping plazas less than 5mins away. It is a very clean and beautiful place to stay. My only negative that I have has nothing to do with the hotel, but really the staff well mainly just one employee that was working when I checked in and out. He was rude! Every other employee I interacted with (from other front desk employees, cleaning staff, and even landscaping guys) were very respectable and willing to offer any help and would greet me and my family each time. I would stay here again, but would just make it a point to avoid the employee the checked me in (took my payment). His attitude really had me considering going somewhere else and losing out on the payment (since I was unable to cancel). This guy did not meet the standards of Hilton, and would be better off working where he has no human contact.
The room was very nice. Love that the linens on the bed are white so I know they are bleached after use.
The check in was fast with no problems. The staff was friendly. The room was facing east so in the morning the white thin curtains had sun blazing through.
The room was a lot bigger than most king bed rooms I've seen! Definitely clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The room was invaded by fire ants, who were after a lot of crumbs left near the fridge/coffee pot stand. The room had not been vacuumed. On the second night, internet speeds were unbearable and a project I needed to complete the next day didn't make the cut. The staff is always excellent.

The hotel and room were very nice. It seemed like the location is fairly new?? It was easy to find and near everything you could possibly need if you're going to the Woodlands/ Cypress area for a visit. We came to go to the Texas Oprey House.
Nice place with comfortable rooms with mini-fridge and a microwave. Good location, next to Willowbrook Mall. A nice bonus was the bed that had a firmness adjustment.
The rate is good when you're booking with Orbitz. The bathroom is kinda small but not unbearable. The king-sized bed really didn't feel all that king-sized, either. I found some hair in the sheets before we even touched them but other than that, it was pretty clean. The only downfall was that room service was not open until 5pm, the internet is not wireless in the room, and in-room movies are ridiculously priced.
