The staff was very friendly and the beds still were comfortable. The chair in the room was very worn out and should be discarded. The chairs in the lobby were also worn out and should be replaced.

Reasonable place to stay near the airport with shuttle services. Be sure to reserve your shuttle and advance because they fill up. Staff was extra kind and friendly!

One of every staff members was above and beyond helpful . One staff member wasn't very happy when I asked them for an extra pillow. The nicere staff member made up for the others who weren't so thrilled to be there

The person providing general support - fixing printer cartridge, answering questions for quests, etc. - was excellent and friendly. The lady at the front desk, however, was the opposite. She did all tasks required during check-in, but just that. Never did I feel more unwelcome at a hotel. Answering my questions in monosyllables, unsmiling, and this while she seemed unharried. I was the only person checking in at that time. Seemed like she was doing me a huge favor by checking me in at the hotel.

Staff was friendly and polite but not very knowledgeable or communicative regarding accurate policies. They had a difficult time accommodating my booking to use points and Orbucks. I was given erroneous information about the shuttle pickups. They were understaffed or unprepared for the breakfast service. Otherwise, the room was pretty clean and well stocked and everyone was nice.

We had an overnight layover in Houston and I chose this hotel because I had stayed at Hampton Inns in the past and enjoyed my stay. I think on this trip, the limited staff was a bit overwhelmed. I called for the shuttle and advised there were 5 in our group. When the shuttle finally arrived, it was almost full and couldn't take us. We had to wait for him to come back. Other people had to wait for yet a third trip. Check in was smooth and without any problems but we had requested a roll away bed what was not in our room and we had to wait approximately 45 minutes for it to arrive. I tried calling housekeeping, operator and the front desk but nobody answered the phone. Other than that, breakfast was good, the room was clean and well presented and the beds, as always, were quite comfortable!

We had a seminar there that weekend and wanted a room in the same hotel. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. There were LOTS of charging options for the electronics. The breakfast was not so good. The omelet tasted like powdered eggs, and I just didn't like the look of them. The meeting room was good, but there was only one bathroom available, making me VERY grateful that I rented a room. In short, good place to stay, and have a small meeting, but breakfast elsewhere.

I had to have my mother at the airport early and decided to come the day before to enjoy a few of the attractions in Houston with my family. Chose this hotel because it was right down the road from the airport . There are a couple of places to eat that are in walking distance and there is a gas station right next door. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. The breakfast offered was pretty good and filling. The only complaint that I have, is that the ladies working the front desk when I arrived were not very friendly nor helpful. The woman on the next shift was very kind and warm, so it all balanced out.

There was a mix up about shuttle pickup @ the airport. We thought they did continuous pickups every 30 minutes however found out later we needed to call upon arrival, therefore waited over 45 minutes to be picked up.

This is a stellar hotel. No, it is not a Ritz or Four Seasons, but it excels in its niche. The staff are friendly and professional (the manager, Mike May, is top notch), the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the breakfasts are varied and tasty, and the overall experience is conducive to rest and relaxation. Highly recommended.

This Hampton is very convenient to IAH. It takes only a few minutes from the airport to the hotel - after calling for a shuttle pickup, it arrived in a short few minutes. The staff was friendly, but that's the norm for Hampton Inns. The room was very comfortable and clean. Since this an airport hotel, expect airplane noise but I needed the convenience to IAH over everything else.

I love this hotel. I always stay at this Hampton Inn when traveling to or through Houston. It is well kept and the staff are cordial and make you feel at home. I also like the fact that you can walk to a Jack-In-The-Box (next to hotel), Church's Fried Chicken, and Taco Bell. A few blocks down the street you can also find a small strip mall with Godfather's Pizza. Always a great place to stay. A free airport shuttle is available. My Friday night stay was only $88.

Very helpful, bothe at the desk and the shuttle to the airport. A little shorthanded on Xmas but was still a great stay.

The room was nice and clean. Just as I expected. The reception was also very professional.

This hotel has an outstanding staff. I never saw people more friendly, more helpful, more thoughtful than here. Not even in a 5 star hotel.

My job requires me to travel frequently with a government team. The frequeny varies from 1-2 weeks per month, year-round, and we've lodged at numerous Hilton hotels, including Hampton Inn & Suites. This stay was for personal travel. However, as much as I'd like to recommend this hotel for my team, I was inconvenienced and displeased about being rushed to check out, after I'd requested and confirmed a late (1:00pm) checkout.

Nice big sleeping area. Bed was very comfortable. The room has all the luxuries of a large suite. You did not feel like they crammed in desk, a couch, a table, all so they could call it a suite. It was very nice. I will definately stay there again.

Staff was very customer friendly and asked how they could make our stay better. I asked for a room that required the least amount of walking because we were extremely tired. We were one door off the elevator, which required almost no walking. I was worried it would be noisy, but it was very quiet. Continental breakfast is the best we've seen from any other hotel we've stayed in. There was something there for everyone.
