The staff at desk, breakfast, maids. Every one was friendly and helpful.

The property was maintained well, I would stay again

We stay at this Fairfield Inn each year when we visit the Texas Ren Fest, and each year it is a wonderful place to stay.

The hotel staff, cleaness and breakfast are fantastic! Only downside is the hotel is too close to the Interstate Highway. Could not sleep as you can hear all the traffic passing by. If you are a heavy sleeper you might be ok with this.

Nice hotel I like a lot the service nice big room

We were in town for a Dave Matthews concert. Hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel itself is a little outdated but very clean, good breakfast. Would stay again.

convenient location , not so expensive and great breakfast deal. in the 2 bed rooms need to leave at least 4 large towels not only 2.

Check-in was an issue. Placed in room that had not been cleaned from previous guest. Switched to room with no AC (in Houston, in Summer). Took unclean room as that was only option. Cleaned up room myself. Luckily one of the beds had not been used. Switched to another better room the next night. However, all three rooms had moisture, ventilation, or mold issues. Seems as though the building is not adequately preventing moisture and that damp smell in the rooms. Noticed mold on walls or near floors in 2 of the 3 rooms I was in. The whole building probably needs to be redone with a focus on weatherproofing the property from the humid Houston condition. I live in another part of the country with the same type of humid environment so I know the battle against humidity but it can be won. I travel extensively on business and would rate this a 2-1/2 Star property; I never stay at anything less than a 3 Star.

Conveniently located next to I-45. Rooms were attractive with comfortable beds. Best of all was the extensive breakfast- two kinds of eggs, two kinds of sausages, hot oatmeal with nuts and raisins, good coffee. It far exceeded any of the breakfasts at budget hotels I've stayed at before. I stayed here three weeks ago and when I had to return a month later, I choose to stay here again precisely because of the lovely breakfast.

I would have given them 5 stars, however every morning at breakfast the bread, all bread muffens, bagles, were hard. Its like they leave then out all day and night. The desk and cleaning staff were excellent.

My family and I visited the area as we are looking to move into the area. The hotel has so much potential, great location and staff. I could not give positive feedback on cleanliness or comfort as the hotel smelled musty and moldy. I was miserable in this hotel to do mold allergies and the need for the A/C all night!!!! This certainly did not add to any value of the hotel. The A/C vents were just mold.

Very good. I don't have much else to say. looked like the price was jacked up do to the Woodlands having the Ironman competition in town that weekend I guess that's just how it is.

Great staff, great location, great indoor pool/spa area. Quiet and clean rooms. . Staff were very accomodating. Breakfast area clean and good choices. Would stay there again.

The hotel was well kept. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was complimentary and was the only thing needing upgrading. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. We felt safe and had a great time. Will stay here again!

I enjoyed the location and amenities. My only gripe would be the breakfast. Better coffee and real cream would be great. Some eggs and I guess that's it. Great stay and location.

The beds are very soft and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get a free breakfast with Texas shaped waffles! It was nice and clean.

Great rooms good service

I stayed in room 314 on 7/17/09-7/19/09. I thought the location was great - very near The Pavillion and plenty of shopping nearby. I felt the room, however, was less than great. I questioned the cleanliness of the room, as it didn't appear to have been vacuumed when I arrived. There was a tooth flossing device under the desk from the last guest. More disturbing was the mattress. The "fitted" sheet did not fit and continually "popped" up off the corners. I believe this was due to the horrible state of the mattress. It was literallyu high on either side with a "valley" in the center that I kept falling into. Also, the air-conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine all night long! It is housed behind a door in the bedroom area and made for an awful nights rest. Will not stay here again - plenty of other choices in the area that should be more comfortable for only a few dollars more.
