We checked in about 10:00 p.m. There were people around the hotel that made us feel uncomfortable and even a guest who walked out with his pants sagging and underwear showing There was no security.
Room seemed damp and had a musty smell
Very clean and the staff was very polite and accommodating.
The front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was cleaned when we asked and the service staff were very kind when we encountered them, very helpful and also friendly. Everything in room and all areas of hotel were clean, the pool and hot tub were very nice. The only complaint is the appearance of the outside of the building and the area around the property. However, we stayed there 6 nights and never had a problem. Oh and the breakfast was very good except they ran out often and didn’t replenish it. One morning they had run out at 8ish and my husband was told to “try again tomorrow”. I would stay here again.
I stayed here with my family while we were house hunting. To be honest, we didn’t feel very safe. The carpet in our room was full of ground coffee beans (i think) and smelled like cigarettes. The sheets had dried blood stain on them. Breakfast was an hour late on Friday while my two kids sat around and waited and on Thursday they didn’t even have utensils. The area isn’t great, so if you’re traveling with little ones maybe try further up North.

The desk staff mainly, they were super nice and willing to help. The hotel was clean and quiet, all things that we needed were within an easy drive. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area!
Our room was Clean and the hotel has great services
They let me check in early and even do a late departure that helped me and my granddaughter out the staff could not have been better I'll will be back there

The room was okay, there were ants in the room and you couldnt see out window.
This was the worst experience I ever had toilet broken. Then once I get another room the refrigerator and microwave there is none then got locked out the keys wouldn't work.
Breakfast was delicious Beds were also very comfy as well! Loved the water and candy bar greeting in room
The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast was well appointed, staffed, and clean.
We had three rooms and needed provisions for 8 children 5-14. The rooms were clean, quite, and comfortable. The breakfast was not crouded when we went, and there was a lot to choose from for contenental breakfast. I would stay again, good value for the price. Didn't use the pool but it looked good. Kids liked the wi-fi. Had to drive a from Splashtown but not hard to find.
