I have bad experiences about this hotel . I have a reservation with this hotel, but when I arrived at the hotel . No people at the front desk, I have to call them , she told me that my name is not on the list . They will leave you hanging in the middle of the night . Tired and no room to stay , this hotel can not be trusted.

Clean rooms & friendly staff. I just wished the hotel had map of nearby food places. Overall it was a good experience.

Our flight arrives early for an appointment at M.D. Anderson. We went to the hotel and Diamond went above and beyond to help us . A room was no ready to check into because we were so early, however Diamond offered to hold our luggage until we returned from our appointment. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help.

The room did not have the number of beds reserved for party of 5. Room smelled horrible of urine. Front desk staff did work with us to place us in other rooms and work with us on pricing. 1st room I would have rated 1.

I always stay here when I have appointments at md anderson and this is the first time I’ve experienced an uncomfortable bed. It would be nice if they offered some type of medical discount for family members of patients at md anderson especially if they have to stay a week or more.

I’ve been staying here twice a year since 2009. The only complaint I have is that there was hair in the bathroom sink. I give an A+ to all the van drivers and the service the shuttle provides.

Musty smell in hallways and room was not very clean. Also dishes out in hall way for over a day.

While under construction the space could have still been cleaner. Staff was not friendly. The bed is a rock. The kitchen was old and dirty. Cheap partial renovation in the room.

Horrible smell and dirty bathtub with lots of hair .. griss

Since it's a dog friendly hotel prepare to hear dogs barking. I was awoken no less than 3 times from barking dogs in the middle of the night. I won't go back.

Hotel staff was rude, impatient and rushed you before check out. We work hard for our money and paid like everyone else. For this fact, I will not stay there again and nor will I recommend it. There was trash piled up and smelling in the "trash room", overall I enjoyed Houston, just wont be staying here again. We will try another location..

Good experience. Very clean and quiet. Not sure why, but I wish they would have had more of a breakfast selection. Prepackaged muffins, granola bars, and grits!

Close enough to Kirby (a main road with venues) and Medical center with out the city or traffic noise.

Very bad experience. Unwelcoming staff. The room was filthy and the furniture was junky. When I came home I came to know that they have charged me an additional amount for the stay 73.85$ [...]. So basically they double charged my stay. This amount is in dispute through my credit card company.

Worst experience ever. When i reserved the room through [...] i requested a non smoking roomI was forced to stay in a smoking room as the clerk at the desk said they didnt have anything else!!Dirty rooms. Everything was so old in the room. They management needs to renovate the place. They DONT HAVE ANY breakfast in the placeDont stay here!

There was rarely anyone at the front desk after 6PM. We waited 35 minutes in an empty lobby just to check in. The room smelled old, dingy, and smoky (despite being non-smoking). Never again!

Overall room was dingy (dirty carpets, old furniture, kitchen looked like it may have been new in the 80's) Difficult to find front desk staff- took 5-10 minutes per night to replace towels ($100.00 a night and we had to replace our own towels)- took 25 minutes to check out because the night person left and the day person was late... No cleaning service during the day (this was an extra $3.95 a day)

was not clean when we got to our room....never will go there.....

Hotel was OK. It was a little noisey. It was a little run-down, but adequate. The price was good. The location was good. Breakfast was a joke, but the coffee was good.

The hotel is clean and service good, for a very reasonable price. Early check-in (noon) was no problem. The location is great for me, being a short walk from the metro rail station to downtown. I've stayed here several times, preferring to cook my own dinners. One detraction: this was the first time they charged me an internet access fee ($5.42). Also, the printer in the lobby did not work so I could not print my Orbitz receipt for reimbursement.
