Staff was friendly, close to airport and rental car return location. The free breakfast and evening reception can't be beat!

Hotel was OK thought the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable and our "non-smoking" room smelled like smoke. First night there was alot of mechanical noise from pipes or something. The staff were kind and refunded us a portion of the bill as compensation.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at the Drury Inn & Suites Houston Hobby Airport. The staff was very courteous and attentive to all guests. The hotel was clean and my room was very comfortable. There was an added bonus of breakfast and a hosted kickback in the evening (food & drinks). I would highly recommend the hotel for your next stay in the Houston Area.

Great budget hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner are included. The chili and nachos at dinner were awesome. But the bathroom did not have a fan... not a great combination. The included hair dyer helped but didn't solve the issue. Luckily the free margaritas helped relieve the burning in my nostrils. I will definitely be going back but will pack a fan.

Clean room and evening snacks (dinner) very good. Everything about hotel is excellent.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. Hotel includes free dinner and drinks from 5:30-7 pm. Free breakfast in the morning. Both meals including good food. Free popcorn and soft drinks in the evening. The gym is really small but we still used the treadmills so was okay.

Everything was perfect. Shuttle service, room nice and clean. Staff were polite. Food was good, especially in the evening. Will surely be back again.

I've never had a bad experience or stay at a Drury hotel. This one is no exception! Highly recommend!

We had a cozy and very clean experience.. The breakfast was great and so was everything about the hotel! Staying here every time we come this way

We were forced to layover due to weather. This was a welcome place to rest our weary legs. Great staff and love the value of Drury's amenitites (breakfast, etc.)

Beds and pillows quite comfortable. Main issues---water in shower never got hot, and The sink and tub were slow to drain. Has old chain lock on door (vs the metal security lock that newer hotels have now.)

Didn't get luxury, but wasn't seeking it. My stay was based on location due to a funeral. Hotel was very clean, bed was very comfortable and had so many pillows that I found just the ones I needed. Breakfast was very good even though the dining area was full of a kids' baseball team and their families. I would definitely go back.

Traffic noise since I had my room near the feeder rd.

People who travel a lot look for convenience; if you own the business, you also look for price deals. This hotel is a good combination of both. It offers free Wi-Fi and a hot breakfast (with scrambled eggs and meat) and that's a savings of about $35 over most "big name" hotels. The prices are reasonable. The incredibly helpful person at the desk arranged cab service that was so incredibly polite and honest that I called him back at the end of the day and happily waited 30 minutes. Yes, it's next to the freeway, yes you can hear it. For me, it was a pleasant white noise that put me to sleep in a comfy bed. I'd rather hear a freeway than crying babies or shouting adults. And I heard none of that. Hotel is close to DFW, walking distance to food choices.

Comfortable, quiet room. Complimentary family friendly happy hour and hot breakfast. Friendly staff. I arrived two hours before check-in. The manager was happy to check and see if my room had been cleaned yet. I felt as though these people take the words "accommodation" and "hospitality" seriously.

Drury Inn was a wonderful experience for us! I have never stayed at a hotel with such a friendly and helpful staff. They were all soo nice. We had no problems during our stay, so I dont know what the response to that would have been, but I just cant say enough about the nice staff at the front desk and snack area. Our room was also spotless and very comfortable. The bathroom area was immaculately clean too. The only lower scores I would give was that the neighborhood (south Houston) is run-down, but if you have to stay in this area, Drury Inn is the place to be!

My stay was only one night, but was pleasant. The location of the hotel makes it quite easy to get to; which is nice, considering how difficult it can be to navigate Houston if you are not familiar with the area. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Nothing too special in the way of amenities, although the free popcorn and soda in the lobby is a nice if you do not want to pay for snack food. The workout room is OK, if you would like to get some exercise in, but it is small. I did not use the indoor pool. I would gladly stay at this hotel again for another short stay.

I was only there about 12 hr, getting in too late for the complimentary food. The clerk at the desk was friendly but the overall impression I got was dreary. Breakfast was adequate but not particularly tasty and disappointing overall. Again, staff was friendly and helpful, including helping me when I could not find my room key. Taxi to airport was paid for (actual taxi, not hotel shuttle), very nice. No food service available in hotel late at night. I was directed to a sad fast food Mexican place within easy walking distance. Again, people were friendly, better than the food they served. The only available outlet I could find would not securely hold plug so I unplugged a lamp.
