This spacious single-level home has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Close to the airport and area attractions, the home is also conveniently situated close to HCA Northwest, making it a great choice for traveling nurses or healthcare professionals. The recently renovated interior comes complete with all the family-friendly amenities and modern perks for a truly carefree experience.

The large, fully enclosed backyard enjoys ample shade coverage thanks to the mature trees around the lawn. The patio is a perfect spot for morning or afternoon leisure, while string lights and a wood-burning firepit let you keep the alfresco fun going into the evening.

Two separate living areas allow for flexible lounging at home. One space includes a sofa and two desks for quiet reading or remote working. There's also a closed-door home office for even more privacy. The main living area welcomes casual downtime with a plush sectional, a wood-burning fireplace, a smart TV, and a karaoke machine. The impressive full kitchen boasts a suite of stainless steel appliances plus handy countertop gadgets like a Ninja-brand air fryer, a blender, and a George Foreman grill. Meals can be shared around the large dining table. Everyday essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
