Days Inn and Suites Houston Hobby Airport

This Days Inn is outdated and well-worn, but the rooms are spacious and the price point is good. With stains on the bedding and unattractive furnishings and decor, this won't make you want to stay in the room any longer than necessary. The reception clerk was a bit aloof; my wife and I walked a distance to our room only to find we were locked out. We then walked back to reception, got a blank stare after telling our story, and were given the room next door to the first. The surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy, but the highway is close making the surrounding areas easily accessible. I won't likely be back here, but it does make for a cheap stay if you're looking to stay near Houston, but not stray far from Galveston.

I woke up with bites all over my back and torso. They are very itchy.

I arrived in Houston Texas at 11:00 pm after picking up my baggage and car, my daughter and I arrived at the hotel at 12:35am. There was a Days Inn van pulling out of the parking lot as I pulled in, I did not think anything at all about it until we found that the Lobby was LOCKED (there was no sign on the door). I tried knocking on the door - no answer we walked around the hotel, I tried knocking again - still no answer. I tried calling, no answer. I was there for about 15 minutes. So we ended up leaving because we had no idea what else to do. I tried calling Orbitz to get a refund and it was denied - the hotel said I was a NO SHOW!!! The manager is refusing to give my money back, she said they "never" lock their lobby. She also refused to give me her managers phone number. I had to call corporate offices and complain. I can't even believe how dangerous that was for us as females in the middle of the night not having a place to stay!!!! And the nerve of the manager refusing to refund,. By the way I can't really rate the room's cleanliness etc as I NEVER GOT TO SEE THE ROOM!!!!!

It is an average hotel, really close to HOU airport and well placed for the Space Center. Beds are comfortable and room is clean, but nothing else to expect. Noisy A/C.

This was one of the best overnight stays I've had in years! Conveniently located to Hobby Airport and NASA (where I was visiting). All staff especially the night clerk were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was in mint condition and very comfortable. Hot tub and swimming pool immaculately maintained. The only challenge here was parking. If you travel in anything larger than a midsize SUV it is very hard to park or to turn vehicles around. If you try to leave when they are getting a shipment delivered in an 18 wheeler, you are trapped until the truck moves with only one way in and out. This is a rare instance so I wouldn't worry too much about that. Overall an exceptional visit!

I had forgotten my tooth brush and they provided one for free for me. Room was clean.

This Hotel was awesome. The GM grated us and was very helpful. The staff at the front desk were great. Parking lot is small, but the stay exceeded my expectations. Thank u

Friendly staff. The location was great for a morning flight the next day. Room was clean

Shuttle very helpful, Breakfest good, Pool and whirlpool good. Bed very comfortable.

The room was nice, big, and clean. Close to the Hobby airport. Great hotel for the price.

Very spacious room. Overall service good. Will use this hotel in the future.

the room was very large, clean and felt safe in the area. I would stay here again the next time I am in Houston Texas!

It is very close to the airport which is great. However the neighborhood isn't the best. But a 20min drive to Pasadena and things are fine.

Service was impeccable, they really care about the customer. Room was spacious, stylish, clean. Room cleaning each day was superb. Amenities: pool, fitness room, very clean.

Four star hotel. Clean, stylish, comfortable. Impeccable service, excellent aminities.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY NICE. THE KING SIZE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE ROOM WAS SPOTLESS AND SPACIOUS. ALL OF THE STAFF WERE GREAT. WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN WHEN WE VISIT HOUSTON. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANYTIME, ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE!

Definitely the best deal for Houston hobby. We had a king and a full with full size fridge and stove. Not shabby at all.

Nicely decorated lobby, very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable room. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room for the money.

For a quick inexpensive overnight near the airport this was an excellent choice. A "classic" style motel with outdoor entrances to each room, but it has recently been completely refurbished to make it attractive and comfortable. We're picky and it seemed very clean to us. Parking area seemed relatively secure.

First impression when we walked in...WoW this is nice. Especially for the price. We were there for business. Easy on and off the Interstate. Would have liked an extra towel, none to take to pool (spa).
