The people who were doing a lot of movies fighting there was a lot of walking in front of the door people standing outside a lot of activity to where I. I had to leave so that I can get rest for work in the morning.

Room very small...bugs everywhere bathroom not clean at all...room service never came to our room the whole time we were there...office only open during business hours so no 24hr staff! Hurt arguing and fighting everyday & night! Worst hotel ever & this place is the bottom of the bottom it was so hard to sleep due to the bugs & uncleanliness

It was a nice experience staying at this hotel, because there was kitchen, full size refrigerater and microwave. So i think it is good ideas for family and kids who need long stay. The staffs and house keepers were friendly and nice! The down sides, was the house keepers, that they did not come everyday to clean the room, just only every monday, so if you need extra towels and toiletries, you have to come to the office. They didnt offer hangers or plastic cups, so we had to get those at dollar tree store near by. They did the renovations during the time we stayed, so the room they checked in for us on 2nd floor was not that cleaned, it seemed that house keeping had not been done, so we had to request for moving to another the room first floor, which was better! In general it was good!

If you need the bare minimum and have very little to spend this place is ok. It's dirty and cheap. You will have loud neighbors and smell weed and see hookers. But if you are on a real tight budget it is better than some other sleezy hotels I've stayed. No roaches, there's hot water and everything worked fine. Don't expect much more.

Anything I asked or told the office staff for they were more than happy and helpful. The housekeepers were a little Rude.

I will remember this hotel as one of the worst experiences of my life. The room is full of cockroaches, non-working fridge, no cleanliness and parking lot full of junkies. Absolutely not a place for families.

It was a bit more urban than what i would have liked.

Room has a Repugnant smell, Needs new mattress, needs new carpeting, walls are thin, a/c units clunks noises, high taxes, far from the places that matter. $54/night is too high. This should be priced @$19/night ONLY.

Room was non-smoking and yet the room smelled strongly of cigarette. Front desk personnel said that they cannot control who smokes and who does not. Left all my clothes smelling of cigarette. Room was very small and did not look clean. Good thing was that they called to give me a remind about check-out time and allowed me to check-in before the normal time.

The room was ok. Shower/no tub, sink, mini fridge, mini stove with utensils. Bed was very hard with pillows that were very uncomfortable. Bed Cover had a burn hole in it and the carpeting was well worn and dirty. Air conditioning was very good. Cable gave the general stations with 2 showtime stations and several espns plus local stations and several other stations. Had to call about getting new towels because the room wasn't cleaned everyday. No ice machine and no ice cube trays in fridge to make own.

I liked this motel better than any other motel I have stayed in simply because it is very cheap and very nice and that doesn't happen very often. It has a small fridge and microwave and cabinets with plates and a table and comfortable bed. The only thing that is not that great is not alot of cable channels but no motel has direct tv. It is right close to alot of good eating places and its only 20 minutes from downtown Houston.

It was pretty much what I paid for, but I could have used some amenities that can normally be found at other hotels. For instance, the room lacked an iron or a safe. The hotel didn't have an ice machine, though it did have a mini refrigerator with an ice tray. The location is good. It's not too far from I-10. There are lots of restaurants near by, so that was a plus. All in all, it wasn't that bad of a place for what I paid.

The price was very low considering it was a last minute book. The location was excellent. Everything was around us. The staff was friendly. However, when we arrived to our room, it smelled like cigarette smoke from previous guests. The smell was unbearable. It was like we were staying in a bar. They did not provide courtesy shampoo, blow dryer, or ironing board. They had a little table to do work on but no chair. I would only stay here if you were on low budget and for only one night.

This is the best place to stay if you are on a budget. The rooms are very clean and staffs are very friendly. I stayed here at least 4 times within the last 3 months.
