If you’re attending any events at NRG stadium this property makes sense. Approximately half a mile from the stadium which allows you the flexibly of walking to event, using a ride share, or driving.

Nice and Quiet

This property and the Host Tee were amazing. Tee is the perfect Host. If you need something she will be there for you. The property is great with garage parking and an assigned parking space. We were in a quiet hallway. The apartment is beautiful and clean. If I come back to Houston I am definitely staying at Tee's place.

Great condo & locations, but needs new towels

We were visiting Houston as our daughters had a 3 day MLK volleyball tournament at NRG Center. The location was perfect as it’s walking distance to where we played and didn’t have to pay for parking. The condo is exactly as it was shown. We loved the coziness, and overall cleanliness. The master suite’s bed was firm, but not too firm. The 2nd bedroom’s bed unfortunately was very springy and wasn’t very comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with most of what you would need. The living room couch was comfortable and large enough for all 4 of us to sit on it to watch the playoff game. Our only real suggestion we have is the towel situation. We were 2 moms with our 2 17 yo daughters. Each bathroom had 1 washcloth and 3 or 4 body towels, and the towels were very thin, and seemed old. They did the job but didn’t even wrap around our bodies. I am 5’7 and weigh 140 lbs and the towel didn’t wrap around my body. They were also filled with long black hair, knotted in the towels from the dryer, and then ended up all over our bodies. New towels that are thicker with no hair would be so appreciated by all, I’m sure! Overall, this was perfect for us!
