Not to bad. Need to improve in the breakfast have more options

Had a pleasant stay. Hotel is quiet. Pool is relaxing. Breakfast could use an update but was free.

The location was excellent for my doctor's visit. Although the room was very minimal, no microwave or fridge, it was very clean. Staff was being trained so it took a while to check in, did not seem to understand that our room had been pre-paid. They were nice enough.

Hotel was okay if your looking for decent place to sleep for cheap.

I was looking forward to a good nights rest after helping a friend move all day. I'd expected more from the Baymont Inn. Check in was uneventful, but one gate was closed so i had to loop around the entire property to reach my room. When I did finally get in the door, I immediately noticed the smell as if someone had been smoking previously. I had requested a non-smoking room. It was late so I decided to get over it. there are no overhead lights in the room but there are switches for something. I wanted to turn on the TV and check to see if there are any movies to watch but the TV didn't turn on, and when I tried to call to the office I realized that the phone was broken as well. I called on my cell phone to report these issues to the front desk with very little help, so i decided to take a hot shower. To my dismay the piece of the spigot that allows the water to flow into the tub had been removed so that it water only dribbled out of the shower head. The water pressure was a joke, it took several minutes to rinse my hair. As if all this hadn't been bad enough the toilet kept filling and making noise every hour or so. People were outside the room talking, and the early morning was particularly noisy.

We had booked two nights and cancelled the second because we had no idea what were in for...this hotel is right on I-45 so road noise was unbelievably loud. There were 4-6 semi trucks parked in the parking lot right in front of our room with their engines running all night. The rooms were clean but very run down and dingy. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff friendliness and helpfulness. They helped me cancel my second night, no questions.

The place seriously needs to be remodeled but it is one of the few hotels in the Houston areas the allows pets. The $10/night pet fee is a little much. I booked Queen Sized beds and both of my room had full size beds, not Queen as advertised. Doesn't seem like that big of an issue but when you and your husband are used to a King size bed, a full does not do the job. The Free Breakfast needs some improvement, but as always the waffles were good. Laundry area could use a facelift as well. The staff was friendly and I really appreciated their professionalism. And even though the beds were full and not queen, they were comfortable and with the 100% humidity in Houston the air conditioners worked perfect! All in all if cosmetics of a hotel don't bother you and you don't mind listen to traffic on I-45 day and night, then this is a great place for a great price as long as you book online and Take advantage of the Stay 3 and Save.

I was greeted with a smile and the room was clean and confortable. What more can you ask for?

My room was clean - that was the main thing I cared about. It is noisy though (as it is located RIGHT next to I-45). The side road the hotel is on is 3 lanes, so that has a lot of noisy traffic as well. ALSO - a lot of truckers seem to park there, so you hear them coming and going. If you just need a place to rest your head this will do. A fridge in the room would be a good upgrade if they are looking for ideas.

Cant get any better for the price. Thats the bottom line when you pick a motel like this one.

Me and my friend stayed here for three night the beds we're comfortable and the room was cleaned everyday nice place for the money only thing I didn't like was the room did not have a refrigerator

I booked this room since on the pictures they have a refrigerator. After me and my wife got our room info from the rude front staff and got into our room we discovered nothing was as pictured. Needless to say I was pretty ticked since I had nowhere to put my food that I took home from one of our favorite restaurants. Like i said before, call ahead and verify that what your booking is the same as whats pictured.

Our visit to Houston included two nights at the Baymont. The room was very clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The desk, chairs, easy chair, lighting and TV enabled us to enjoy our stay when we were not gadding about. The location is right off I-45 and we didn't have to go far to find fast food, restaurants, and shopping. Ample parking right outside our door was wonderful. Mother Nature provided delightful 78 degree weather in January. All this, and the price was nice.

Had a great stay. Everything was good. It was very quiet an the bed was great.

I was in this hotel for 4 nights. after the very first night there we went shopping for almost the entire day and went back to the hotel. the room wasn't cleaned up! obviously i didn't leave the "do not disturb" sign on the door. it was 8 o'clock at night and the people at the front desk told me that they could get to it first thing in the morning. Lame solution! i was expecting some kind of perk or treat for their poor service one-day-in my reservation. they didn't bother to be sure i will take my business with them...so i won't. They also tell you that you get wi-fi on every room... and you don´t. you have to move outside the room to get the signal...not a great service.there were 3 of us in one room and every single day we were left with two towels... At morning when we requested another towel we had to get it on the front desk. and when you are on the other side of the hotel that's not comforting

staff was very friendly. room was nice , clean and very roomy. great deal for the price.

We have stayed at this location several times because we visit family close by. Our rooms are always clean and fresh. What we get for the money is exceptional; there's no reason to stay anywhere else.

I chose this hotel trying to save money so me and my girlfreind could do other things... but DO NOT STAY HERE! There was either blood or wine *doubt it was wine* stains on the carpet... the TV was 20+ years old and you had to use a nintendo 64 controller that was wired into the tv to make it work. *no, really... im serious* There are people living in this motel dealing crack in the parking lot. I'm just glad my car never got broken into.

Hotel was very nice and check-in went extremely smooth. It was also easy to find, right on I45 service road. The bed was the best I can remember in any previous hotel experience. Would difinitely stay there again.

Nasty... we thought our car was going to get stolen outside. Non-smoking room, but smelled like smoke. stains on floor. Wife woke up with a giant spider next to her head on bed!
