Hair dryer didn't work...very unfriendly staff..couldn't understand the staff...dirty...

Room was nice, recently remodeled. Comfy beds. Desk clerk had an attitude when I checked out in the morning

Air conditioning was not working and room was way too hot to sleep in so my girlfriend and I decided to drive home in the middle of the night.

Business trip was bad experience not again same place don't worth it and expensive

Not where the gps tells you it is. Vey irritating that we drove around looking for an hour and no one answered the phones to assist.

Hotel has great location clean and friendly staff. Excellent value

comfortable rooms and enemities where overall good

This is the first time we stayed at this hotel chain (we responded to a promotion and there was no alternative nearby for the promo). But if we had to pay the regular price, we would surely not stay here. I checked their regular rate and its simply outrageous for a hotel that claims as a value hotel. This particular hotel is literally NEXT to the I-45 and the sound level is pretty high to keep some people awake:-) From lobby to the room everything looks pretty run down but I have to give credit to the management for keeping inside the room moderately clean. All the stuff inside was in place and functional. Carpet on the floor is very old and needs to be changed soon. Breakfast area is splendidly clean but there are just apple, banana, cereal, and coffee/tea for breakfast. We stayed all kinds of hotels in our trips (from Super 8 to Holiday Inn to Convention hotels), but we saw probably the highest concentration of unsavory people that stayed here during our stay (no I am not snobbish in anyway). My son and I almost got run over by a drunk gang while we were standing on the sidewalk next to the lobby. No, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you get an outstanding deal.

Pillows were flat, bed way to hard. There was broken glass on the floor of the bathroom that I had to clean up as well as personal body hairs from past guest? Staff needs to clean and air out the moldy smelling room. Wouldn't stay there again. Over priced room.

Horrible, smells, no elevator, rude front desk older person, insects in room and dirty, should not be called hotel, is more a motel

i was in town for a grand family thanksgiving event, upon check in i felt straight away i was in for a huge disappointment, the Indian guy at the front desk was soo unprofessional,we got to the room,i was welcomed by two roaches, shower was very nasty,i wanted to check out at the same minute,my husband convinced me to be patient though he also felt the same.Next day i went to complain about the uncomfortable bed,and first comment from the receptionist was for me to check out and get another hotel..i felt so angry,i even asked for another set of towels and he insisted he couldnt give me any.Room service dressed our beds without changing of sheets.i can go on and on.And please take the word Continental Breakfast from the profile, its cereal and milk with bananas..in short,i had the worst experience and will never go through this again in my travelling lifestyle. We left our room at 9am and returned 1am just to only rest and run out the next day,we kept dreading coming back to that feeling of a hotel..

No luggage carts, no elevator, parking extremely to dark and small, rooms dirty n smelly, would never stay or recommend this place to anyone

Rented it based on pictures for a business trip, nothing like the pictures, dark, no elevator, noise really early in the morning, no luggage cart, horrible experienced.Got stocked in that motel yes it is a MOTEL no a hotel as advertised, for two days.

Arrived at hotel at 1:30 am. Hotel receptionist very helpful getting me set up. Pleasantly surprised at how soundproof the walls between the rooms were. A very good hotel for the price.

Everything was excellent and met my standards and fit my needs for sure.

Very basic motel, good for overnight sleeping. Bed was comfortable, bedding was clean, good pillows. Good hot shower. Room was basic and clean. No frills or extras, but no problems either. Easy access to I-45 and Woodlands area.

Good location, very noisy from Interstate(Would have helped to have weather stripping around the door). Seems like they are still under renovation (missing grid over fan in bathroom, plus didn't it work, uncovered cable outlet). Could hear neighbors in next room. When checking out reported to desk that the A/C unit didn't seem to work right, they were aware said that it was expensive to fix. We did stay cool. Generally an ok place to stay, it served the purpose of an over night stay. It was clean.
