Our stay was awesome the inn is under construction but it didn't bother us the part that we stayed in was not near any of the noise. the restaurant was beautiful the staff were perfect they treated everyone like family . the rooms were wonderful roomy and very clean i can't wait to go back just a great place.
The hotel is very dated, however, it was clean and spaciuos. The lady that checked us in was so friendly and efficient.
The parking area behind the building for entry near door 5 needs paving.

Grounds had litter about. Nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. Dining room closed Sunday and Monday morning as well.
I don’t even know where to start. Heat didn’t work, was told to use AC on high. Had to call twice to get coffee brought to the room because none were left. Finally brought 2 coffee pods, no cream or sweeter. Description said “balcony”,nope. Zero outside light, “balcony” was inside hotel looking down on a dining room. Room was very dark. Horrible rude treatment by any staff. Never even offered to help, even though no heat. I left a day early it’s that disgusting.
The hotel is ok but the smell of cigarettes/cigars is strong. I had a non-smoking room and you could smell it in the room. I had to wash my jacket when I got home.
Front desk clerk and restaurant staff were great! Noise from neighbors and pool was irritating. Stains on the comforter and toilet paper in the toilet. Overpriced at best and was not able to take advantage of AAA discount since I booked through orbitz. I noticed other discounts listed for groups and VIP's.
