Ideal location in the heart of Rome city center. Everything was walkable. My room was utterly amazing with a balcony that overlooked all of Rome.it had 3 levels, I'm not sure I've ever stayed in a room so amazing. Everything was amazing and the staff amazing - breakfast amazing
Most staff were very nice and helpful but the woman who checked us in was not welcoming and very surly. Great location, nice old world atmosphere. We stayed before and after a cruise. The first room was beautiful, the second was a suite, but a bit shabby. Needs a facelift. The breakfast was good with lots of seating.

What a fabulous hotel! It was in a great location, breakfast had a variety of things to choose from, the room was large and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
This property was right in the middle of all the sites. The furthest we had to walk was 1 mile to get to Vatican City. The hotel staff were very nice as well as the cleaning service. Breakfast was outstanding even though the only hot part of the meal was bacon and eggs every day. The pastries were to die for as well as was the coffee! Kudos to the hotel for their service! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone!
It was centrally located within walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Gioletti (best gelato ever) and great restaurants. This is the third time we have stayed here.

This was out third trip to Rome and our third stay at the Nazionale . . . we love the place . . . great rooms, great location, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff . . . the bar, Donatello's, is one of a kind, staffed by knowledgeable and friendly staff.
This is a great hotel in an excellent location. It is in a plaza with the Parliament building so there is extra security around but that makes for a very quiet location in the heart of the old city center. Just minutes away are so many of the top sights to see. The room was nice — clean and well-maintained and modern. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. The breakfast was excellent too — lots of choices. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. My room was beautifully upgraded. The bathroom shower was very small but was nice otherwise. The included breakfast was great and convenient. I did not like that irons/ iron boards are not available in the room. You have to go to the "ironing room" on the 5th floor. This was inconvenient for sure. Other than that, excellant staff and service.
